Just dishonest – Did not read reviews first should have known better I've written enough. Had to upgrade a damaged NVR purchased in 2016. Accidentally ordered wrong part. $160 Sannce REFUSE to exchange it for the correct part insisting I buy new cameras. Absolutely AVOID any contact with this dishonest company that deprives the ATO of revenue and ignores ACCC consumer rights.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, TOTAL RUBBISH – Absolute rip off, brand new system from the box and only 1 channel will record, absolutely no customer support, once they get your money that's the last you will hear of them.
DO NOT BUY! Product damaged and company would not replace – DO NOT BUY SANNCE!! I ordered a rather expensive Sannce security system. Now I'm stuck with this security system that does not work and have no choice but to pay more money to get it working. DO NOT BUY! Search for a better brand. After spending around $800 I was told I needed to pay extra money for cheaper/lower quality replacement system.
They don't honor their warranties – My Unit completely failed after only 9 months of operation. Stay away! – My system failed after two years. I use to check my cameras daily. Then suddenly one day, the app on my phone and the actual DVR recording device, told me my password was wrong. factory reset it is, you have to pull the DVR apart and remove the 3v battery. So after pulling the cover off the DVR, I was shocked to see that one of the resistors on the circuit board had leaked fluid all over the circuit board, and melted to it. I'm not sure if that's what caused all my password problems or not. But I'm glad it didn't start a fire. Worst. Product. Ever.
Sannce - rip-off scam – Sannce advertise a 3 year warranty but only offer a 3 month warranty. Their products are poorly manufactured and they offer no support. Avoid this brand they are rip-off merchants.
Avoid – The CCTV failed 18 months after I installed it. The reason I chose their product over others was the “3 year warranty”. What they fail to mention anywhere in their advertising is that the 3 year warranty is nonsense. The warranty is 1 year and they give you a discount on a replacement for the other 2 years. That’s insulting! Their customers service is unhelpful and idiotic. I also had an issue with one of the cameras which I emailed them about 4 times and never received a reply. Avoid them.

could accept this, but 6 months is a bit much, especially as I classed myself as a loyal customer. Do not buy, avoid Sannce/Annke. Each email starts we are very sorry for the inconvenience, but then offers no resolution.
DO NOT BUY SANNCE – Honestly, I would give negative stars if I could. Having changed phones, I forgot my password so I did a factory reset on the product as instructed by their FAQ and the technical support staff and still was not able to connect.
