Scanpan TechnIQ 22cm Modern Skillet

Brilliant. I love them – The range of TechnIQ is so good. I started with grill pan which impressed me, so I just got 27cm square roaster perfect size. 22 and 26 cm skillet. The skillets get a daily workout and really hold the heat so low burner is all you often need. I made a frittata in the roaster. Started on hob and finished under Grill. So easy and just slid right out. Good browning and absolutely non stick. Easy clean. Peters of Kensington had the best price with great delivery
