Disappointed – The door doesn't close properly, ice's up, leaks condensate on floods
Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $500.
Turns out my Wife purchased it online not HN with the other appliance's, my apologies to HN. The model number is JC165B. The internal lay out is an issue as the right hand shelves' are all but impossible to move if you want to change the configuration and therefore allot of space is wasted.
Ok, yeah the JC165 doesn't have a huge amount of shelving adjustments, when we did photo's we had to have some cans laying down etc. Can you see where the door is not closing properly? If you send images and purchase info to vicservice@bar-fridges-australia.com.au they will be able to start the dialogue to help repair, as doors should close no worries. Cheers.
Great bar fridge and looks great – Love this fridge but love the customer service from Bar Fridges Australia even more. I have the stainless steel variety and it’s modern sharp lines sets the standards in my alfresco area. It keeps my beer, softies and wine cold all times of the year. It has plenty of shelf options to suit the can and wine bottle sizes. The door LED’s look the goods when the guests arrive and they light up my alfresco area to impress. Probably a bit bright to be left on all the time for my taste. Overall a great fridge at a good price.

Firstly, you have said purchase was Harvey Norman??? We do not supply the HN Retail stores??? Please provide where you actually purchased? And what model?
There is a reason we have a Service and Warranty Phone number....., if you Call 1300 376849 Ext2 a call the staff will talk you through adjusting door, sometimes transit heavy knocks can push the hinges out of alignment, door won't close properly and if air enters inside it 'ices up' more and water can come out front, with door sealing you won't have that issue. Call 1300 376849 Ext2. Or you can simply lay unit down and you will see bottom hinge has screws, these can be slightly released, door positioned better and re screwed. If bottom hinge is not the issue, the top hinge cap can be clicked off with a think flat knife or flathead screwdriver, gives access to those adjustable screws.
*Also can you explain your rating of 1 for internal layout? This is the smallest fridge on market that can fit 85 x Cans!, with the fully adjustable shelves??
