On April 1 I signed up for your service and paid $24. To date I have received nothing in return. The 2 year sub for TV Guide has yet to begin. Have not received the antenna that was part of the deal. [personal details removed]. My confirmation number is 530196942. Please advise how you are going to settle this problem or refund my money?
I did the live chat just now and requested a refund .... although they were unable to provide an actual time frame of when I should expect a refund, at the end of the chat, I was able to have the option to have the chat message emailed to me as proof of our conversation. We shall see. Good luck!
How do I cancel my subscription, I tried finding an " unsubscribe" section but there isn't one. I tried calling the phone number given and keep getting the same recording over and over. This service us nothing as advertised and even fir the low price it isn't worth it, please tell me how to get rid of this!!!!
Have you had any luck since then? I literally just purchased but had an issue with installation and immediately requested a refund via LIVE CHAT. Supppsedly, my refund request has been sent to the billing department... so, we shall see.
My Mothers Select TV has been disconnected without any notice.
