Hi, Sello USED to be a Good company, BUT...over the last year...trying to get ANYTHING purchased from them, Actually delivered is a Whole Other Story! They refused to answer my questions, until eBay stepped in...Then claimed to be in the process of relocating! I had to fight like Heck to get a Refund...they stretched it out the Maximum time eBay allowed!! They are a Horrible company and I SERIOUSLY don't think you'll get your dogs calming bed At ALL!! Request a refund from the buying platform from which you purchased the bed! They'll NEVER deliver...Unfortunately! IF it's through eBay...they review sellers on 22nd of Every month so submit your complaint/negative feedback in by then! Unfortunately....I think you'll just have to mark This 1 up to experience...SO SORRY!!!

It's never happened to me either.....very frustrating and I don't want to have to report selloproducts to consumer affairs but what else can I do

I've had a similar experience! I Just ask eBay to step in...or if THAT time has lapsed, & you've paid via PayPal...PayPal normally fight, With you to obtain a refund...they give you 180 days (6 months) to dispute it! You can also submit a report to eBay (although that does S.F.A.)!!!

It would only be a guess! - why don't you ask them?. I mostly use puppy pee pads and they are good where ever they come from.

Hey mike. I purchased the Levede bar stools not massage chair. When essembling them they were totally out if level and when you push them in they are noticable from the height of the breakfast bar.

I bought a Design G Bronze Garden Plant Stand from Sello Products, the top stand section missing, l have tried ringing them on Ph 85559986 left a number of messages no return reply, tried this web site external link  doesn’t exit. I’ve paid for a product that at this stage l can’t use. I hope you have better luck than l have had so far .I bought this product through GROUPON and Sello Products is not a good company for Groupon to use .If any one can help with being able to get in contact with someone from Sello Products please let me know .

Safer to avoid Sello (on Kogan, they're called Traderight). They say your order has shipped when it hasn't. They use dodgy delivery companies like Toll IPEC. Disastrous.

The product I ordered was their google listing so their main site.. I got frustrated and found them on eBay and messaged them.. They did answer finally and said are your sure it’s us? Both the sites for google listing and eBay both took my sello password then no more answers.. I’m glad I used PayPal to claim my money back.. Not a good way to run a business at all..

Thanks Martin I think I will do the same it appears to be a very bad business. They need to be stopped from treating customer this way

My friend bought the same bed frame off Catch from Sello and received no hassle but I used their actual website and it’s the worst business ethic I’ve EVER seen

They never answered their phone I have cancelled the transaction on my credit card and will have to buy fire pit some where else terrible service by this Company need to be stopped

I was the previous employee of this stupid company. Please remember never shop at this stupid company due to the fact that the boss imports the cheapest products with the lowest quality known as rubbish from China and makes great profit here.

I too am very suspicious of any consolidated sellers, or "forward ordering" import companies associated with MyDeal and Kogan. However, I see that @Susan S has an issues with the EBAY sellers side. Just wanted to point out that many EBAY sellers are very protective of their good feedback, and negatives causes them trouble, You have good protection for disputes, AND if you use PAYPAL, good dispute and cover their too. I have been with EBAY since around 2007, and for the occasional small electronic item that was not right, I always got a refund.
