Unreliable – They're head office tells you they've booked you in, but haven't. You ask them to call you half an hour before but they don't. They upsell, do cheap work & don't centre things. I have kept giving them the benefit of the doubt for years but I am so sick of being treated like this.

Absolute rip off – I used this service to book a plumber for 2 weeks in advance ….. the plumber turned up and replaced an internal part in a mixer tap and replaced a garden hose tap. Bill came to 700…. I can only assume that service today add on a massive premium for their referral …. Today I had another plumber come out who installed a complete shower head/tap times two and installed a toilet for 500 Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Terrible – Asked for a call out fee $59 for 10 min visit and quote without informing in written information / correctly before hand . Then charged an ridiculous quote of $2800 to install a simple electric hot water system. Two other quotes were $1300 to $1500 with no call out fee. Be very careful using this company.

What a rip off!!!! – I needed a bathroom basin replaced. The job took an hour, the only materials used was some silicone and the cost was $417.00. I contacted them to complain and received a reply that they would look into it, never heard from them again. Other plumbers afterwards gave me verbal quotes that were half the cost. Efficient and professional, but a massive rip off! – Don't be fooled by the $50 off when booking online, this only covers the call-out fee of $49 (but doesn't apply if no job is taken so you have to pay the $49). I was charged $320 for a 20 minute plumbing job, even though I supplied the materials except for a fitting and cable ties. Absolute rip off. I will be contacting a private local plumber in the future.

Replace Hot Water System – Very happy with the service and workmanship of this company. John attended in the pouring rain to check our HWS and he had a new one installed and the old one removed within a matter of 3 hours and he worked the whole time in the pouring rain, he is definitely an asset to the company. Very impressed with the speed of replacing our HWS. He deserves a bonus or pay increase, he did all of this work and lifting the big water tanks on his own. Show reply
Hot water Repairs – Having gas water heater pilot light problems, the tradesman gave me options regarding servicing and the upfront cost. Tradesman was polite. Service was prompt. Fast, friendly, and cleans up! – I was so happy with the service. Ben installed 13 downlights for us (job #369183) and now I'm not cooking in the dark! Really impressed with how professional the service was - he came on time (even called first to confirm), and was really polite and pleasant (including a chat with the kids who were intrigued with the ladder).
