Had a terrible reaction to it. Bought it today and tried it and it stung so bad I had to take it off. Even after washing it off when I run my fingers over my skin it feel like pins are being stuck in my skin, and it's so sore. trash, it tightened the skin but made it wrinkle in a really weird way and felt very strange on my face. Worst thing was the stinging though, I have no idea what's in it to be causing this pain, but never touching it again. A total waste of $24.

Very happy with product – The last few bottles I have purchased seem to be an improved formula, easier to apply and leaves a much smoother result, disguising puffy eyes. I keep a pin handy to pierce the applicator as the product can dry out and a blockage can occur. More than happy with the results, would highly recommend. Show details

Great product – I love the product. But I put it on after I've done my makeup not BEFORE as it says. I have complained to the company about the nozzle as it clogs up and then have to unscrew it. This causes wastage so not happy. They don't listen. Show details

stopped pumping yet again. I left it for a few weeks and then went to try it, only to find out it had crusted all over and even opening the bottle, I had nothing left. I am so upset having spent a lot on this, and after reading reviews also stating about the pump not working, suggest you rethink about purchasing this product.

The bottle design is the problem – I bought a second bottle and, like the first one. it is faulty.. When shaking. liquid leaked out of the whole spray top assembly into the clear plastic lid. This has wasted much of the fluid. I hope the manufacturer - if it is aware of this - has rectified the bottle dispensing fault.

Have been using for years. Overall quite happy. I tap it over my makeup. Sometimes it looks white. I have actually complained about their dispenser a couple of times but it is still rubbish. I screw the top of and dab on my finger. This causes wastage. Please take note Skin Doctors! Show details

Not worth the money – The eyelift serum leaves a white residue once applied to skin. It gets crusty after it dries and you can’t put makeup over the top of it. The pump bottle is ineffective in that it blocks after the first use. Trying to get the pump to work caused the serum to spurt into my eye. Definitely not worth the money! Show details

What has happened to this product? – I have been using Instant Eyelift for years. I loved it. My new bottle is thick and like glue. Leaves white scaly patches under my eyes. I look like a panda. Don't waste your money – I've tried a couple of "eye lift" goos. None of them work but this is the worst. The lid broke on the first day so the pump action wouldn't work. directions) I found that although wrinkles are smoothed after drying, the minute you start smiling or using facial expressions, the product cracks and the wrinkles come back, looking deeper than ever and it does not lessen nor get rid of eye bags or puffiness. It did not last 8 minutes let alone the 8 hours they claim on their website. I gave it several chances, each time following directions closely. Each time I got the same disappointing results. This product was a total waste of money.

Purchased with a broken pump – From the minute it came out of the packaging the pump didn't work. I also couldn't unscrew the lid. So because I couldn't get the product out of the bottle and I didn't keep the receipt, I had to throw it away without ever using it. Complete waste of money due to faulty packaging. If they can't get the easy part right, I have my doubts about the quality of the product also.

Crusty white residue left around eyes – Despite using only 1 small pump in total for both eyes, I'm left with awful dried, white powdery muck around my eyes. Research showed this is a very common problem. I've contacted the company direct seeking refund / replacement with another product and awaiting reply. skin doctors eye lift – I will never buy this product again, it dries crusty and makes my lines look worse than they are, when I have used it my husband has commented on it, he said it makes me look like I have more lines. Not effective – Dries badly, actually made me look like I had more wrinkles. Used it exactly as instructed. It takes away the puffiness but if you move your face (which of course you do after it dries completely) the effect wears off. Show details

Worse beauty product I have ever bought! – I bought this to try and reduce fine lines under my eyes but it actually created more wrinkles because it dries hard under the eye. I did have a bad review, but I've changed it! – It is good if u have patience to apply a few times and washing off white residue and wait till the next day. It does tighten and reduce puffy bags under eyes. It doesn't get rid of dark circles. I have less wrinkles but u need to apply a few times to see results. Show details

The concept is there! – Easy to apply. I found that if you mix a little foundation with it, then apply, it is easier to put your makeup over the top, otherwise it tends to drag. Don’t make facial movements for a couple of minutes. Bags seem to disappear BUT it feels like you have PVA glue on your face, and when you smile or show expression, you seem to have ‘wrinkles’ under your eyes instead!!

Wow this works – I get a lot of bags under my eyes , i has asthma and dont sleep well so ive been looking at options to fix my eyes. Thought i would try this first as it was only $27 and very impressed with the results. Have only used it 3 times and am getting use to applying it only need a drop but im happy with it .will get this again

second attempt, I used a cotton bud to apply with much better results. I think it's personal preference. My mum is fine dabbing a small amount gently around the eye and crows feet area whereas I prefer the level of control I get using a cotton bud.

Will buy this again, 100%

Why change? – The formula has been changed and the new product is just not as good. Why would you change it? It used to work so well.
