We cant get any resistance when turning the knob. Can you suggest what we can do to fix the problem?

Anyone have any tips on how to get the pedal resistance levels working, please? All else works fab but pedal levels are all the same and super easy. I am past the 30 days return period so Global Direct is very unhelpful.

Was told by the sales rep at Global Shop Direct that the Slim Cycle would accommodate the keeping of data for multiple users (my husband wants to use it as well). How do I switch between users?

Can you please advise the seat measurement? Also the measurement between the seat support bars?
Seat is 30 cm wide × 23 cm from back to the front. 47 cm between support bars either side the seat.
