Smith + Nobel 30cm Cook Stainless Steel Frypan

Purchased Smith and noble 30cm stainless steel fry pan. Advises oven and dishwasher safe Have used twice To cook bacon and eggs and both times placed in dishwasher and both times the base is clean but the sides to do not clean at all. Requires Scrubbing and soaking to remove but still not perfectly clean. Very very disappointing tried contacting Smith and noble about the issue but no response …. Why am I not surprised about that !
