Smith's MAXX Potato Chips

Yuk,awful – I object to the Smiths woke focus ...I just don't identify with their advertisements. Gay guys kissing is not going to make me buy their products...it does the reverse. Sorry, but stick to your audience don't comment on social agendas.
Purchased in at Coles.
Superb – These are delicious if I could give 10 stars I would great crunch I highly recommend you try these chips
So crunchy! – I bought these the other day and omg they are so crunchy! I love the thick grooves and they are very tasty without being over powering! Yum!
Smiths New rip-off in potato chips – Smiths state on their pack that there is loads more flavour and a bigger "crunch" for twice as deep groves in their chips. What Smiths omit to tell you is there are less groves in their chips so the surface of the chip is the same as any other chip - Potatoes don't jump in size just for the Maxx chip so the chip you are eating is the same size - just a different shape.
With less groves there is less no more surface to coat with flavour so on that score there is "less flavour" than with normal chips.
Now the pack size is 200g - which is what the pack size was before it was reduced a couple of years ago.
So the RRP in Coles & Woolies has increased to $4.30 so customers are paying more for nothing more than they are for regular potato chips.
It's just a blag to make you pay more! It was on offer at 50% off when I purchased The normal price is massive and the chips having less groves are no improvement on regular chips.
