Smith's Salt & Vinegar Crinkle Cut Chips

My whole life this was my favourite chip flavour. So reliable. Something has changed. I bought a bag earlier this year and the taste was completely different. The chips were harder, and had less flavour. I'm going to assume it's a cost-cutting measure. So disappointing. Won't buy them again, they're just not the same product. I hate when companies with so many loyal customers do this.
