This Nano Power Pack 2000mAh with keyring was a bonus item with 2 other large Powerbanks I purchased. It's current retail is $59.95. So glad it was a freebie as I would have been returning it if I had paid for it. I used it on my Samsung S22+ and it made my phone so very hot to the point where I thought it could become dangerous , so I removed the pack. I contacted Snap by email, they wanted me to run tests, send photos of it charging my phone. I asked for advice as to possible cause of excess heat- could it be my phone or charger faulty? In the end no explanation offered so I stopped emailing.

Now having a new S25+ Samsung phone I decided to retry the powerbank. I connected my phone to the charger at 40% . 2.5 hrs later it had gone from 40 % to 46% and the nano battery was drained. My phone only got mildly warm this time, but not sure how long the powerbank had bern drained. I hoped the Nano bank would be good to take in my bag for my upcoming Europe trip for day outings. At such a slow charge and quick drain, it would not be worth using.

Other issue... I had thought that I could leave the powerbank plugged into my phone as a practical charger to take pics while charging. I hadn't noticed previously the awkward position of the charging cable making it difficult to hold the phone and use it. The cable ends up twisted when plugged into the phone, the cable does not connect as shown in the photo of the Nano powerbank box. See my pics of phone connected to powerbank to verify. I thought this was a great little travel freebie, but it's not. I see they are still selling these overpriced powerbanks, maybe I got a lemon. In any case I do not recommend this product.

At 2000mAh it's not sufficient to charge a phone before discharging as I discovered. This item will go to e-waste. Much better options around, for around the same price I've purchased an Ankar 10000mAh magnetic powerbank- I have found Ankar to be reliable.

I would not purchase from Snap in the future. Their after sales service was poor in my experience, despite this item being free, I spent around $150 on a purchase with this Nano powerbank as a free inclusion.

Follow-up  · I have just finished touring Europe and used the Anker Zolo Magnetic Power Bank, 10,000mAh wireless portable charger with 30W max fast charging. It is fitted with a stand, built in USB -C Cable. It performed brilliantly over 6 weeks. I attached it to the back of my S25+ Samsung phone when battery was low (I took over 3000 photos! and 100 videos) Plugging the C cable directly into my phone sped up charging in a very short time. On the road ,Fellow travellers were amazed how quickly I went from a low battery to almost full, I'm guessing around 30 minutes, and I was getting up to around 85% charge, and still using my phone as it charged simultaneously. I have acquired a few more wall charges and charging cables of the Anker brand - I'm sticking with them, they are the best of so many brands that I have tried. The Snap Nano powerbank is in a box with other E-waste ready to go to a recycler - disappointing product and company.
