It is so frustrating when the tissues don’t come out in ones but sometimes three or four come out.
Look, this happens with all tissues in a box I have ever used. Not just this brand or the other. I have noticed the more tissues in a box the more likely it is that this will happen. It's a fact of modern life and really, it's not a big deal. Feel free to write to the manufacturer of a product about this if you need to. That said, these tissues are great. As I stated in my review, the regular size forces me to use 2 tissues instead of one, so you use double the amount. I am a man, with a big nose, and I rely on tissues exclusively. As do most people I know. Hope this helps you.

Hi What is the problem with the supply of your thick and large tissues to super markets in New Zealand? I have not been able to find any for several weeks now, the other brands like Azure or Pams are smaller and feel a lot coarser. Please come back!!
where can u get the 70 Velvet Tissues now..Coles have not had them for ages...only see 95' s which are rubbish...
Sorry, can't recall. I got a whole back this year at Coles, Woolies or IGA (where I go regularly).
Please tell me why you would change these tissues. As many others above have mentioned, I cannot remove one tissue at a time, and the quality is nowhere near as good. I have bought your tissues for many, many years, but now I'm forced to look for another brand. Very disappointed.
The last several boxes of sorbent thick and large tissues I’ve bought the tissues don’t come out 1 at a time. When you try to get 1 at least 2 come out. They just don’t seem to separate properly. Why?
They just don’t seem as good to me. They have been shredding in our pockets. I contacted sorbet and they sent me two packets of the velvet ones which are not shredding.
Why have the last several boxes of sorbet thick and large tissues I’ve bought not come out of the box properly. They don’t break free from the next tissue and I pull at least 2 out at a time
