I have just purchased Specsavers Elite hearing aids, I can find nothing on the box or aids to say that I have Elite ones. The model number is 664R - RE, anyone know if this is the Elite model?
I did the same yesterday and the invoice states Specsavers Advance 681. The user guide has IF CIC LI 81.

You should have received a complete kit with them when you purchased
They don't need much cleaning. Use a damp cloth to wipe the part that goes in your ear canal and keep the ears free of loose wax by using a flushing tool.
Can anyone tell me if the advance elite are water resistant. I'd like to know just in case I get caught in a storm or forget to take them off before showering. Regards Mick
Sorry Mick, I've never heard of Advance Elite, unable to help, but based on my experience with the Toowoomba Grand Central Plaza Spec Savers, if you went to them, you'd get good, straight advice. John.
Help please. I live now in South Africa and have Specsavers Advance 561R-LI Digital Hearing aids purchased in the UK. I have not been able to get them set up here in South Africa as the Spec Savers stores here do not have access to the UK program/ web site. They work well but in traveling here they seem to have beecome set on volumes not suitable for me now. Does anyone please know of a web site or even Phone App I can use in conjuction with my local Audiologist. Thanks in advance, Mike.
I retract my original post. I'm now very happy with my hearing aids from Specsavers.You need adjusting, especially due to seasonal change which can affect your hearing , like mine do.
Can you advise how to prioritise the car audio phone over the hearing aids once in a car such that you can answer the phone in the car?

I’ve been talked into getting Specsavers advance elite BTE type. I have had Costco Resound Preza for 4 years and they have been terrible. Tinny distorted sound. Now I think I have made yet another mistake in being talked into buying the Specsavers brand as you describe the same issues I’ve had with the Costco brand. I’m going in there tomorrow to cancel the outer and play more to get the original Phonak brand.

Just purchased advance elite hearing aids but finding them really disappointing after previously having the elite range which were great. having trouble with clarity and direction when in normal speech mode. on bluetooth great whilst they are working but drop in and out and mostly only work on one ear. anyone else having problems. Thank you

Paid $3400 for a pair of hearing from specsaver Harrisdale Perth and regard them as a waste of money. I should have returned them months ago but missed the time limit.

Check with provider, but as far as I am aware the warranty does not cover loss of hearing aids. The best way is to add the hearing aids as a listed item to your home contents insurance

Suggest you phone SpecSavers. I didn't know they had a demo mode.
