Spitwater HC12-180P 2700PSI

Spitwater Warranty – My company paid nearly $2000.00 for a Spitware HC12-180P 2700PSI 12LPM 6.5HP HONDA PRESSURE CLEANER, which was used for 4 hrs total, then failed the next time it was started. The dealer showed me the $10.00 part which failed. The pressure washer is under warranty but Spitwater refuses to make good on the warranty, Spitwater insists the whole unit has to be sent back to them In Brisbane to determine eligibility for warranty instead letting the dealer fix it. Spitwater refuses to refund our purchase price or replace the whole unit as the unit is not fit for the purpose it was bought in breach of Australian Consumer laws.

Update Spitwater did finally come to the table and replaced the whole pump unit and not just the $10 part, but because of aggravation they caused I would never buy products from them again.
