Been paying Stan Australia for approx 1 year to view tennis tournaments world wide men’s singles . None of the matches Iwanted were screened. I’ve been robbed and tricked . There is no way to ever speak to them re accountability . One of the worst apps. Don’t be tricked into joining STAN. Save your money as bd distress .

every other service I have is having zero issues and I can play Stan on my phone no problems - it’s literally only on my tv. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable!

power cycle the modem, the Google TV, deleting and reinstalling the Stan app, none of which worked, i contacted Stan. The responses i received from Emma, Nastasia, Matthew, Ken, Pele & Ben were fast and the steps to try were very easy to understand. They offered fantastic support and were very patient. In the end, the only resolve was to reset the modem and enter the ISP settings again.
Definitely recommend Stan for the content it offers and also the customer support it provides. Thank you for all of your help with my issue.

I had a lockup issue with Stan where I couldn’t move past the error message and I sent a request for help through the email portal on the app, I quickly received a response from Pele at Stan that guided me through the error which fixed the problem, I would highly recommend Stan to all that want a fantastic product with fantastic customer service and support to all, thanks again to Pele , Geoff Show reply

I canceled my account, they then put it back on and continued to charge me and when I contacted them for a refund and finalised cancellation, they returned 1 of the 3 months after 10 emailed back and forth. This streaming service is a waste of money. Constantly glitching, buffering or displays error screen. I had this same problem 2 years ago and thought it may have improved in quality, unfortunately 2 hours trying to watch a series and have barely made it through the 1st episode. Will cancel service immediately and request refund. Don't waste your sanity or money on stan. Use a different streaming provider.

Had stan for a few years and things ran very well. Recently (past 3 weeks) everything I watch keeps pausing to buffer. On both 5G and hime wifi (1000Mbs very fast) network. When I try to get help it takes them half an hour minimum to reply to each message and most messages ask questions I have already answered. Seems like im talking to a bot. Will be cancelling my subscription.

All it takes is just an automated email however they won't do it because it takes their revenue away irrespective of if customers need them or not. Short term thinking. When requested for a refund through customer support, they were quick to respond that they can cancel for the future only.
The baseball World Series is NOT shown on PREMIUM STAN SPORTS. I would understand if it was just called Stan sports, but called premium one is expecting all types of sports. World Series is a huge fan based sport even in Australia. Kayo has it why not Stan. .

I find Stan really disappointing. It’s hard to navigate on my TV, and when I finally do get into a show, the episodes load in bits and pieces, you completely lose momentum. We’ve been trying to “watching You, but it’s absolutely hopeless. I don’t understand why you put a whole series on and then make people wait weeks for new episodes to download. Whenever I stream football, I can reduce picture quality, makes no difference, the stream keeps glitching - AV briefly drops, interface pops up for 5 secs. buffering issue, which has different symptom, the circular buffering icon centre screen. Sometimes the stream gives up completely here.
I have a fast NBN connection. Usually I use wifi but I've tested wired, makes no difference. Other streaming services have their occasional bad days, but with Stan it's continuous. Every single show I watch has issues.
Stan will suggest you try lots of different things but it seems quite clear to me that they are the problem.

Absolutely useless, unwatchable, glitchy POC. With the latest and greatest LG OLED TV and 5G network connection that works flawlessly on every other device and app platform. Of course I signed up to Stan to watch The Surfer and received continuous A30 errors that were unsolveable over 3 hours. The app is purely unusable. Subscription cancelled and refund requested.

informing me of this. I notified Stan of my problem and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from Pele in customer support within a mere minute or so. He very kindly informed me that Stan had given me a month's credit on my payment, so that my subscription would not be cancelled and I could continue to stream while my situation was being resolved (it now has been). I was extremely impressed with the prompt response and address of my issue. I have to say, this was one of the best online customer support experiences I have had. Thank you Pele, and thank you Stan!

In a mood to binge, but then.....problems arise with buffering, Stan Techies save the day! – Hi Stan, the issue I have had with Stan buffering are resolved now but I did have support from Andreas to try an option to resolve, then Angus to try an option to resolve, and Ken's advice finally resolved the issue I experienced with this.
