Watching the replay of the All Blacks Springboks this morning and suddenly the commentary jumps ahead. Tells us the final score and ruins it for us. I see this is a common complaint. Please please have this issue fixed for the Rugby world cup. There doesn't seem to be other options to watch non Australian games.

Hi Jing, we offer a free 7 day trial for Stan Sport. If you don't wish to continue with Stan Sport, you simply need to cancel the Stan Sport add-on before the 7 days is up and you won't be charged. The date your trial ends is outlined in an email when you add on Sport

I seem to have a delay on my audio for soccer games I have been watching. The commentary seems to be about 1 or 2 seconds behind the play. Is there a fix for this?
Hey Kyle. There were some audio sync issues experienced by the international distributor for this some matches. You shouldn't have further issues
I'm having the exact same issue again with another game. This seems to be a recurring thing, this has happened with more than just the two games mentioned.
Why is yellowstone not getting played every week?
Because Stan wants to increase its profit and screw its customers. Wait till all the episodes are available and the sign up for a month and then cancel.
Hi there - we can confirm the above comment is not true at all! Episodes stream the same day they air in the US. Yellowstone is currently on Hiatus and is not airing in the US. We follow the US schedule as per the studio we work with. For example, if Yellowstone is on hiatus in the US, it will also be on hiatus on Stan. We wouldn't want to wait until the complete season has aired in the US and then drop it all at once on Stan (we hate Spoilers!) - so we ensure our customers can watch the episodes the very same day that they air in the US.
Well this is not what I signed up for with STAN this is outrageous how you can put on yellowstone every Monday then nothing for a month I am not the only one talking about how disappointed they are with STAN.
Hi Craig, as we mentioned above, Yellowstone is on hiatus in the US. We don't have new episodes to release as they haven't been released/aired yet by the studio in the US.
Maybe you should put that in your contract ... never again with STAN

Hey Stephen, streaming from laptop to TV via HDMI is not a supported method of streaming. We'd recommend a media streaming device such as a Chromecast in this instance

HI John, Stan advertise, every match live, for champions league Europa league & Europa conference league. Until now this is STAN score: I will concentrate for champions league only as Europa league & conference is even worst result: first qualifying round out of 15 matches we could see on STAN 0 (zero) second qualifying round out of 12 matches we could see on STAN 0 (zero) third qualifying round out of 10 matches we could see on STAN 2 (two) Play offs first leg out of 6 matches we can see on STAN 2 (two) I missed some but even this is very poor and misleading advertisement from STAN. Are you going to refund money to subscribers? This is very disappointing as I am paying for service and I have to use some doggie sites for something I am paying for. Score for Europa league & conference league is even more appalling. This need to be reported to ACCC.
I was expecting STAN will not reply, of course they do not like a facts. I am interested when STAN is going to refund a customers, before or after legal battle.
Please help with low volumn on Stan. TV needs to be on 65 to hear anything, all other apps and channels work fine on 23 volumn.

Why do you not show the halftime shows from New Zealand rugby, instead it's either blue screen saying it's in a break or the Australian panel talking about Australian games or some random highlights of other sports.
We do show the halftime show for New Zealand rugby. The blue screen (or break slide) and other highlights cover commercial breaks from New Zealand
You do not. Every super rugby game and test you show an Australian panel usually talking about the upcoming Australian games or some promotional interviews about Australian games.
Why can I stream movies in HD, but when I what to stream the Indy car series I only get low quality? I also tested streaming rugby and that is unwatchable that but. The Indy 500 streamed Ok (that was live). The other race events was delay (catchup). I'm very close to cancelling, and give a negative review.
