they had in stock or a refund. As we didn't want the other models we took the refund with the aim of watching out for another good special. It was disappointing to see the flaw in one piece of the set, but also others did look a little scraped merely from being in the drawer together for a few months. I think that may be because it was an 18/0 stainless steel. The thing I don't like is wasting an entire set because of one piece being flawed. In future we would buy only 18/10 cutlery which is a far better grade and recommend to other consumers to do the same. I would hope that Harris Scarf returned it to the manufacturers pointing out the problem.
