Statik 360 Questions & Answers
Don’t Listen to what the Statik advertisements say, They do not work on My Two IPad Pro tablets. Zero Charging.
What is the small clip for? It was included in the 360 pkg.
I just took delivery of my three Statik 360 charging cables, only to find that the fitting would not connect with either of my Apple iPads or iPhone. How can that be if they are ‘universal’? Nothing fits!
Are you listening/receiving?
Why does it not charge quickly my phone takes 5 hours
Same happens to me, when my contacted the company who supplied me with my charges they said that they would replace them when they sent the replacement it did exactly the same thing so I'm not sure why. I have the latest Samsung 22 ultra they said it could be a phone capability issue but I think it's strange if you've got the latest phone in the charger takes longer than a regular charger to charge.
I just need the connector for Apple products, not the cable
My connector is ok, it’s the lead that’s gone faulty, hope this helps.
At first everything was great. Then the Statik connector wouldn’t stay in my phone. It was still magnetic, just kept falling out of my phone and not charging.
Well I wish I had’ve read these reviews before purchasing. If it arrives, I certainly won’t be using it! After reading all of these reviews, and from a few things I’ve read lately about some scam phone chargers with microchips in them, appearing everywhere in ads lately, I’ve come to the conclusion that they were designed solely to steal your data, which explains the very slow charge time. It’s slow because it’s probably downloading all your personal data from your phone, via the microchip inside it, to their servers. I’ve read that these microchips can be very hard to remove from inside the charger point inside your phone. This company ought to be sued, along with the other companies selling them!
I wish I had read all the reviews too. It won’t work on my iPad Pro and I bought 2 chargers plus extra connectors. None work whatever I do! I asked for a refund after providing the video evidence, stills, model number etc and they say they are going to send me replacements! I don’t hold out any hope they will work and now worried they have my iPad information! What can we do as consumers except write a truthful review? Beware potential customers!
Dispute the transaction with your bank and return them and demand a refund.
So wrong...had similar problem. Spent ages putting together evidence of useless charging, sent it to Statik, but kept receiving replies that my mobile is too old or need the power adapter they sell! Wouldn’t provide purchase date as I’d lost it. Must admit I finally gave up. Scam reviews on their website and I tried to submit a review but couldn’t.
I really like this product however the only glitch is that when you remove the charging cord that magnetic end stays in your device - an iPhone in my case. Any helpful tips
