The Best way to clean a commercial kitchen and its equipment.

    published

We have been hiring the SV8D from Kai @ steamit.com.au every 4 weeks for over 3 years now and we find the machine to be the most effective way to clean our commercial kitchen. The steam eliminates the need for dangerous chemicals and excessive water usage. The reason we hire is simply because we have no space for storage of the equipment in between cleans. That said the cost of hiring is well worth it, because we save on chemicals and PPE, plus the job it does is exceptional. Our kitchen and equipment come up a treat every time. Thanks to Kai @ steamit.com.au we can keep our food prep area immaculate, which makes for a great work environment and peace of mind that the job has been done thoroughly every time.

    Amazing

    published

I bought this machine after Kai at SteamIt gave me a demonstration using my car as an example. I had left a bottle of milk in the car, it went rancid and exploded. The clean up was a nightmare. I used a number of shampooers, product and chemicals. Nothing removed the smell. I was about to trade the car when I contacted SteamIt. Two days after the demonstration the smell was just about gone. The steam must have killed the bacteria. I bought the machine and did a thorough job – my car has been saved.

My wife and I have found so many uses for the machine since.

Thanks Kai – it would have cost me thousands to break my car lease…
