issues with our sauna and as an Engineer I know these things can happen and after speaking with others we know who have a Sunstream sauna our small issues we very unusual and not a common occurrence. Mark who looked after us was excellent and it is a testament to the product and customer service I would highly recommend purchasing one of these saunas. In fact we are still recommending these to all our friends. My only regret is we did not opt to have ours replaced as we do miss it and now looking to get another. consistently positive. This week I contacted Mark (who originally sold us the sauna) to ask about a problem with the Bluetooth. After a couple of troubleshooting questions, he sent a replacement part free of charge - 6 years after purchase! Truly excellent after sales service - thanks so much to Mark and Sunstream Saunas!

The infrared panels are not enclosed in fabric, so can all be wiped with a soft, damp cloth Each unit is designed for maximum out put, meaning the sauna is super efficient, heats up fast and uses very little electricity They give a lifetime warranty So many lovely extras included - a felt hat, bench, towel, essential oil diffuser, cup holder & back scrubber Mid range price but top of the range product
I decided to have a small veranda off my bedroom enclosed to house the sauna, which works beautifully. However the unit is so compact it would fit in many locations.
When I purchased it, I thought I'd have a sauna once a week. I tried it at different times - during the day, last thing at night etc. The beauty of this sauna is it heats up so quickly (10 to 20 minutes depending if it's summer or winter) you don't need to plan in advance.
I soon found my favourite time, is first thing in the morning before I shower and I enjoy it so much, I have a sauna every morning!
It's so economical to run I haven't even noticed any change in my electricity bill.
To anyone thinking of getting an infrared sauna, I would absolutely recommend Sun Stream.
