Disappointed – I never received the product. Many calls, a voice message and emails were sent. Opened up a dispute PayPal refunded my money. Very disappointed. No communication apart from receiving the invoice.

Great Sauna and service – I bought an LED Sauna last week. The product was great. It really got up to a nice hot heat and was very relaxing to use. Boris was fantastic to deal with.

arrive. I've used it every day or every second day since it arrived. I had been previously booking into a local dayspa and this is so much more convenient in my own home. I have it set up on a spare single bed. It is easy for me to slide the larger dome over my upper body at the start and end of the sauna - and I'm unable to use my elbows due to my illness. The sauna process heats up my body and makes me feel really good. I gave myself a fright after the first use, the coils from the mat left bright red marks down my back. Although after a cool shower they dulled a lot. No harm done, but I'd recommend using a towel on the mat when operational (as per the instructions!). It makes it easier to clean anyway! I clean after every few saunas, it is relatively simple and not onerous. If you are indecisive, go for it! You won't regret this purchase.

design. I have been using it on my living room floor while I watch TV or just laying down and relaxing with light music. I normally find it very hard to unwind and this lie down sauna really calms my nervous system which makes me feel very relaxed before bed. My sleeps have also been much more restful. I have noticed my skin texture feels much smoother and I discovered that exfoliating after a sauna removes so much more dead skin than just exfoliating whilst in the shower. My favourite thing about this sauna is that I can stay in for longer than a traditional sauna without feeling suffocated as my head is not in the sauna (although you can adjust the bed if you prefer your face covered too). I really like that I can do this whenever I want, without any bookings, in the comfort and privacy of my own home and I don’t have to carry any wet and dirty towels in my gym bag. The sauna is very easy to use, the heat pads for the domes and the mat can be adjusted independently and the temperate range is quite high (I like mine really hot). It’s very easy to clean (I just wash the towel I am lying on). I looked at many different types of portable sauna’s over several months and absolutely recommend the lie down sauna’s from Sun Dynamica.

SunDynamica 102A – This could be the single best health item I have ever purchased. If you are looking, for an affordable machine, to do mild hyperthermia in. This is the one. I struggled making the decision, to spend less on this due to others saying their more expensive options were the ONLY way to go. The sales guy was great and the product is still functional 6 months later. I'm quite happy with it, and the warranty period is excellent.

seemed like a good option. Also, I didn't like showering at the salon, getting there etc and figured this will pay for itself in a short time. So far, it's fantastic. It arrived from interstate in literally 26 hours from purchase, I couldn't believe it, especially with shipping usually so slow right now. Took me minutes to set up, and I was in the sauna within half an hour. I was a little sceptical about whether I would work up a good sweat, but after about 15 minutes it started happening, and my first session was 40 minutes, Felt fantastic afterwards, invigorated rather than exhausted, which I normally do after a good run, but with still the same feel good endorphin feeling. 2 year warranty so that's good peace of mind, and within Australia. I'd say go for it. I took ages to decide, as it's a pretty big purchase, but it's an investment in your health.

Excellent product with one minor but irritaing design defect – The product is excellent all round, the one defect is that the cables connecting the control box to the unit are too short. An extra metre would solve the problem. The cables only just reach far enough to get the box next to you. If you want to get out on that side they are in the way. For the price I paid I can live with it, it is otherwise an excellent product. Seems a shame that this little bit of skimping has arisen.

Relaxing Experience – very happy with the sauna, it has been a good investement thus far. Deducting one star because the control box is quite noisy, loud clicks indicating the change in temperature throughout, even with headphones on it is still audible. otherwise a great product, highly recommend it.

Genuinely fantastic! – Previously I have paid up to $80 for a 30 min session as I was unaware that these saunas were available for home use. The sauna has exceeded my expectations and it's not only more convenient to use at home but it's a better sauna than the clinic one I was using. Works beautifully – I purchased the Sundynamica FIR infrared heating mat with jade stones. Item arrived in time frame advised by company and gives great relief after travelling distances in the car with a bad back. Was skeptical at first but now a full on fan of item as I didn't think it would work as expected. I love it and now share with son who also suffers back pain.

A very impressive way of unwinding at the end of the day – Use the sauna 3 to 4 times per week, 30 mins @ 85 degrees very relaxing and have found the winter chills to be far more tolerable. Laying down and having your head exposed makes for a very comfortable experience.
