not only at time of sale but after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction. Great to see a company that stands by its product both before and after purchase. Unfortunately we had a couple of small issues with our sauna and as an Engineer I know these things can happen and after speaking with others we know who have a Sunstream sauna our small issues we very unusual and not a common occurrence. Mark who looked after us was excellent and it is a testament to the product and customer service I would highly recommend purchasing one of these saunas. In fact we are still recommending these to all our friends. My only regret is we did not opt to have ours replaced as we do miss it and now looking to get another. fast, gets HOT very evenly, and the sweat sessions feel the same (if not better) than a full-size infrared sauna.
What I love most is how easy it is to set up and pack away – I can literally pull it out, plug it in, and I’m in a full sauna in minutes. Perfect for home use, busy schedules, recovery days, and nights where you want to unwind without going to a gym or spa.
After a few weeks I’ve noticed: A deeper sleep clearer, glowing skin, less muscle soreness after training, way better relaxation before bed.
The materials feel premium, the zipper is solid, no weird “plastic smell”, and the remote makes controlling the temp effortless.
For anyone who cares about performance, recovery, or wellness – this is 100% worth it. One of the best investments I’ve made in my health routine.

Disappointed – I never received the product. Many calls, a voice message and emails were sent. Opened up a dispute PayPal refunded my money. Very disappointed. No communication apart from receiving the invoice.

I run a small gym and this has been an epic addition. James was super helpful. The unit came fully protected, speakers work a treat, and the Smart Life app is a game changer. Looking forward to offering plunge sessions too.

accountability and then refuse refunds. No contact number on their website and customer service refuses to give you one. Email replies are slow and customer "service" is almost non existent. Their website doesnt allow bad reviews and I question whether the ones they have are real based on this site gaining traction. In case anyone does want a number its 0435353696 however the phone never answers as you'd fully expect with most shady companies

week and stored, cleaned and dried it properly. I contacted the company and was offered 20% discount on a new one or they would sell me a new controller for $50. But internet research indicated it to most likely an internal wiring problem. The red flags for me are 1. I think they should have at the least offered me a refund on the controller if it was determined not to be the problem. 2. I made a favorable review on their website at time of purchase, I now come to find I cannot update that review even though it was made with my own email address, I requested via email for them to update my review and that is when they stopped contact with me. I feel this inability to update with further long term feedback is a lack of transparency for the customer and a red flag. Very disappointed and do not recommend this product or company at all.
