COMMERCIAL QUALITY VACUUM SEAL
Using a patented system, FoodSaver® creates a commercial quality vacuum seal with FoodSaver® bags to lock in your food's freshness, flavour and nutrients for freezer and fridge storage. FoodSaver® keeps your food fresh up to 5X longer.
CONTAINER & ZIPPER BAG ADAPTOR
The retractable accessory hose is built-in for ease, and is used to vacuum seal FoodSaver® containers and reusable vacuum zipper bags for fridge, pantry and on-the-go storage.

Meal Prep Cheesy Corn Muffins with FoodSaver® Controlled Seal

This simple and savoury muffin is perfect for any time of the day!
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
- 125g can corn kernels, drained
- 2 green spring onions, thinly sliced
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 40g butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons polenta
- 2 tablespoons extra grated cheddar cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a 6-hole muffin pan.
- Place flour, cheese, corn, spring onions and butter in a bowl.
- Whisk the milk and egg in a jug. Add to the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
- Divide mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with polenta and extra cheese.
- Place muffins into the oven.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until just cooked. Remove immediately from pan and cool on a wire rack.
- Place in a FoodSaver bag in serving quantities. Vacuum seal in bag as per FoodSaver® vacuum appliance guidelines. Freeze or store in refrigerator.
COOK'S TIP
Serve with soup or split in half and add smoked salmon and creamed cheese.
