No probs after 8 years on the farm – So far this machine has given excellent sound service on this hilly cattle/goat farm for 8 years. Simple to ride, VERY powerful, and aside from riding it in rugged terrain for this period, we have towed/carried/pushed innumerable things with it and it has never had a fault. The motor sounds as good as it did when new. We have only had 2 probs (and both were our fault).... dirty fuel blocking the carby and chassis rust now a problem where we used it in salt water.... (the salty mud in the front chassis caused the issue) But the mechanically and functionally, I honest cant fault it. A very capable and reliable 4wd quad workhorse wound have been great to galvanise the chassis.....
Bad – Its a shame that Suzuki wont step up and warranty their defective Flywheel. These were manufactured with glued on mangnets. The after markets have the problem rectified, but cost upwards of $300.00. I will never buy another Suzuki..! Good power and size Defective flywheel (magnets glued on and fall off causing no spark)

Update: after 12 years and thousands of km, the motor is STILL going strong. All the motor, drive train, starter, alternator etc are still functioning well- very impressed. I can report only 2 issues only after ALL this use: 1. front chassis completely rusted out 2. The brake cables completely ceased requiring replacement. Please note we use it in areas of tidal salt water so I believe the above was to expected in whatever brand/model we used. Our previous quad was a Honda and it met with exactly the same fate. When the chassis rusted out we still got $1200 for it as the motor and auto drivetrain was used to power an off-road buggy, and is still use today.
