Rubbish – I have to say. If you rely on this stuff to secure your property you have to insane. There must be a lot of people with issues. I was on the ph for more than 30min listening to the a poor choice of music with no luck talking to anybody. Returned the stuff. I .an sign in to my account on my phone but not on laptop using same user name and password. Result, can't close the account.

Two records units both not working – I am either very unlucky or this product is rubbish both units stopped working just outside warranty. It takes forever to get onto "support" which is no help anyway.

Well priced and reliable product – I bought four of these kits for my four retail stores and two of them paid for themselves within days as we were able to review footage when some stock went missing. They are not high-end products (as indicated by the price) but do give good value for money and work well once installed. The instruction manual is good to a certain point. The basic installation and set up is easy to follow although any one with basic IT skills would be able to work it out without the manual. I found the instructions for networking and remote access of the footage very vague though and bordering on unintelligible.

The cameras are adequate for the size of our retail stores but bigger environments may require higher resolution cameras. Recording size is excellent and we get one month of footage saved to the HD at a medium-high setting.

Night vision works well using infrared and being able to select areas within the frame which are sensitive to movement is fantastic as we don't need to worry about people walking past the windows setting the recorder going unnecessarily.

Overall, we have been very happy with this product and I would recommend it to others. I have been thinking of purchasing another kit for home use. Inexpensive, easy to install to basic functions, works well, day/night vision Poor instructions for more advanced setup

OK – The system works well once you figure out how to work it. The books that came with it are about worthless as they come. Tiny print and not much information. They techs are not much help either. If they had printed a decent owners manual they would not need tech support. It is a good started kit and a reasonable price. You need a Radio Shack around if you want to string wire long distance to get adapters that are not supplied. This unit works well The owners manual really sucks. It is in such fine print I do not know how they expect anyone to read them. I have called thier support help and find them very short and now much help. You have to put this unit together and experiment with how the system works. Takes time to learn it. The cameras that came with it are not very good. I had to buy aftermarket cameras in the areas I really wanted to gauard to get a clear picture. The system works well once you have figured it out.
