Buyer beware! Their ‘lifetime warranty’ is fake. My swiss diamond pot cost over $300 and I only got to use it three times in total before the surface was no longer non stick and the whole pot became unusable. I met with a representative at my place of purchase, who consulted her authorities and reported back to me that they would not replace the… Read more
pot, regardless of the lifetime warranty, because ‘they believed’ I must not have followed the proper care instructions. I had followed all care instructions exactly as directed! Do not buy this product as these people are thieves! There are many many genuine reviews by people having experienced similar issues. I’ve had my original Bessemer pots for over 20 years now and they still work great!!
The cookware ware does not hold up. Was great for about 3 years and then started pealing, sent in a request for their lifetime warranty and was told it is not covered. Will never buy another thing from them, nor will recommend them to anyone. Show details
Follow-up · I will never purchase anything from Swiss Diamond again. They do not hold up and Swiss Diamond does not honor their warranties.
4.7 litre saucepan with lid. Used it twice so far and very happy. Cleans easily. I use it on a gas top burner. The only negative is the labelling says the handles stay cool. Now they may be cooler than the saucepan however you certainly can't move… Read more
the saucepan without mits as i the handles are way to hot. So far, um still happy enough and would buy again esp as it was on special. If id paid full price for hot handles, I'd be more unhappy.
Follow-up · It has a glass lid with a handle rather than know which I quite like. It fits in the cupboard with all my other saucepans. Heat distribution seems very even . Im very happy cooking with it regularly and its still easy to clean

The pans will not heat up on my induction cooktop. Attached photo is butter that has been heating on 9 for 5 mins and not even melted Show details
I strongly believe this Victoria's basement seller is selling non-induction pans and advertising them as induction pans I'd like to see confirmation that some of these one star reviews were actually about induction stove ready pans. Swiss diamond makes both induction and non-induction ready pans you can tell the difference by sticking a magnet to… Read more
the bottom if the magnet sticks it's induction ready if it doesn't you cannot use it on an induction stove effectively.
It's easy to tell the difference, this is very likely a case of an ignorant supplier jumping to conclusions based on a Google search and an AI result instead of looking into their product line.
Very poor quality – I have bought a whole set of staninless steel fry pans and pots Harris Scarfe. I asked staff which brand is good? The staff from Harris scarfe recommended that Swiss Diamond is best brand and high quality. It starts sticking from the first use. I followed the instruction and tried every method available on non-stick stainless steel. But it didn't… Read more
work; the food was stuck to the pan and destroyed the food. I wish I read this review before I purchased Swiss Diamond cookware. Very poor quality product; it doesn't do well. I rang Harris Scarfe the following day and asked the purchase could be changed or refunded. Harris Scarfe said bring it back to them, they will refund it. But when I got there, they said they can't refund nor change to a different product. I wasted my time and am very disappointed in their untrustworthy words. I will never again purchase anything at Harris Scarfe. I saw the reviews on the Swiss Diamond website; they're all 5 stars. They must have written the reviews themselves! I posted my review on their website; it doesn't show on the review because I only gave 1 star. This con artist company is selling poor product and presenting it as good quality.
Just Defective – I purchased the Swiss Diamond DLX 28cm sauté pan and the first night it failed, as it heated the centre of the pan became higher so the oil went to the edge as a 2cm strip so it was impossible to effectively shallow fry. As I was cooking on an induction cooktop the centre became higher and the hotplate would turn off. I returned it to the store the next morning and they were excellent with a refund.
Frypans fell apart and they didn't honour their warranty – We bought 2 18cm frypans for about $100 each. They began deteriorating as soon as we started using them and despite very mild use we will now need to dispose of them. Swiss Diamond declined to replace their faulty product claiming the pans have been severely overheated. This is completely and utterly false. We have used them exactly the way we… Read more
have used other pans from them, Scanpan and others. The product was faulty from the time we received it. Both the pans deteriorated in precisely the same way, a strong indication it was a result of the same manufacturing fault.
As a long-term customer, it is disappointing to see Swiss Diamond's disgusting customer service.
If I had known they would lie to me when I made a genuine claim I would never have bought any of their products.
More than that, their behaviour is completely inexplicable. Why destroy a long term customer relationship for the sake of such a tiny cost to them of replacing their faulty products. I must have spent well over $2000 on their products to this point.
Shame, Swiss Diamond. Shame.

I love this cookware – I’ve had three saucepans, a large lidded frypan and a smaller frypan for the past 4 years. The saucepans and the large frypan are like brand new still. The smaller frypan, unfortunately has had to be retire since the teenage kids like to use it. If the cookware is treated like they cost you an arm and a leg(because they did) they will last you… Read more
for a long time. Teenagers don’t pay for them so they get a bit of rough treatment. I never put them In the dishwasher.
Best frying pans I've used – I purchased a 24cm and 28cm set around three years ago and couldn't be happier with them. They still work as well today as the day I bought them. I'm just about to purchase another set that will work on our new induction cooktop as sadly the current ones won't. Will pass these on to family though as still perfectly OK. I have been using them on a… Read more
gas cooktop and only ever at around 1/2 - 2/3 heat as recommended. It is tempting to turn the gas up to full to heat it up quicker but you have to resist the temptation. Once you get used to it, it is just as quick and the food tastes better. If you can't rely on everyone in the house following the instructions ie. the kids using too much heat or the wrong oils, then don't waste your money - buy a $20 k-mart pan and replace it every 3 months. Otherwise I recommend these frying pans to anyone willing to follow the instructions. (I have no connection with swiss diamond or any retailers. After trying other brands, which all seemed to last a year at most, I did a lot of research before I purchased my set three years ago. It was more money than I had previously spent on frying pans, but I think that was the problem. I hope my next set are just as good. Looking at some of the negative reviews, it is obvious the pans have been overheated as they have buckled and changed colour. Any pan will degrade if overheated. If you buy one and follow swiss diamonds instructions, you won't be disappointed)
Love my Swiss Diamond Cookware – I have several pieces of this cookware & I've used them for years, they remain non stick. I do sometimes use high heat, which doesn’t seem to have affected it. I was warned off used spray-on cooking oil, as the combination of this and high heat can damage the non-stick surface. I bought my oldest pan before I knew this, and it’s had a buildup of… Read more
brown residue, which I’ve just removed successfully with bicarb soda. It remains non-stick. I have a couple of the casserole & stock pots - if left simmering, the knob on the lid becomes too hot to hold after about half an hour. The side handles remain cool enough to handle. I only ever need to use hot soapy water to clean, no scrubbing. Love that you can use on the stovetop and then straight into the oven. I recommend this cookware, it’s expensive, but I bought all of my pieces on sale, and I expect them to last a lifetime.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Worst non stick coating I’ve ever had in my life. Both pots and sauce pans already peeling off after a year of ownership. Sent email with photos and all relevant information requested on the SD website (relative to warranty) and so far no return email/ response. What sought of company is this????? Show details

The pans start off OK, but go down quickly. With only low to moderate heat and wooden utensils, the surface started to "pit" - this pitting now causes food to stick and blacken. Not good. On the Swiss Diamond box, multiple words are "blacked out" right on the packaging. The pans are over priced and short lived. Furthermore, Swiss Diamond does not… Read more
stand behind their warranty and demand multiple photos and find excuses not to honor the warranty. What, for cooking? I bought these pans for gifts as I thought the high price meant high quality. Nobody is satisfied with the performance be it electric or gas range. Thank you.
Bad service and warranty on a clearly inferior product – Has anyone else had their Swiss diamond glass lid shatter in the oven? I have a brand be one first time in the oven on 200 glass lid shattered and had to throw out the food as well. The warranty apparently does not cover the lid???? This is not good when they say the lid and pan can withstand up to 260 rubbish no reply for any service just to buy… Read more
a new lid. After one use this is ridiculous and terrible service. What a waste of money. After reading most of the reviews I would not have bought one but my husband bought it for me and now we have a pan with no lid. Will take it to consumer group and see what they say!!!

DO NOT BUY – Purchased 3 frypans 2 years ago and they have deformed and began to loose their coating. We have not used any metal utensils or rough brushes to clean them. Warranty was denied on all pans. Warranty department was rude and made assumptions. Very poor product. Show details
Wouldn't get another 'cool handle' s/steel Swiss Diamond Pot – It is a lovely stainless steel pot, nice curves and light weight. I bought it as it says it has cool handles, however on using it, the handles can get quite hot. If using it on low heat, it goes warm, but hotter heat will make the handles hot that we needed to use mitts. The booklet says to use low to medium heat, but in my opinion pots should be… Read more
able to handle all heat temperatures an average cooktop can do, so it's not designed to meet a cooktop's capabilities. We like to heat up our water quickly with high heat especially when I'm filling a 5ltr pot almost full. We have a Bergner stainless steel pot set with cool handles and they actually do stay pretty cool I can still handle the handles with my bare hands, we went and got another set. So this Swiss Diamond doesn't meet my standards, I wouldn't get anymore of their sets.
Base rusted without being used, handle loose after 4th or 5th use – Swiss diamond 32cm XD frypan purchased from Peters of Kensington. Was not used at all for first 4months. When attempting to use for first time the pan had rusted on the base permanently staining the kitchen cabinetry (without ever being used). After 4th or 5th use the handle began to wobble and has continually worsened (handles are excluded under… Read more
Swiss Diamond warranty). The pan is very heavy slow to heat taking 10x longer than any of my other or previous frypans. It gets very little use as it is not as good as other pans of similar price. Only used around 10-12 times and there is now pitting in the pans nonstick surface.
They Keep Faking Reviews that You Can't See – I was concerned about my frying pan's non-stick surface starting to flake and leaving tiny pieces of the dark material on my hands and towels when hand washing. It was about 4 years old when I noticed this happening, but I haven't used it more than 30 times. Upon investigating this, I see many other people having the same complaints and… Read more
problems. When you look at reviews on the internet, they are always very low, except you have these corrupt and dishonest Swiss Diamond people posting fake review numbers indicating they have 4.8 rating over 197 reviews, but nowhere can you see or read the reviews. These people can't post them because they aren't real and no one feels that their products are 4.8 quality, more like 1.2.
I'm still working with customer service, who keeps asking for more and more pictures. But, another pan with the same problems doesn't solve this! Never again wasting a penny on this junk!
Don't put them in the dishwasher even though they say its ok – I bought two Swiss Diamond pans in the post Xmas sales & have only used them a few times. I washed them in the dishwasher because it said they were dishwasher safe. I have since noticed the bases are covered in a grey powder that gets on tea towels & hands – anything that contacts it. According to their website, “you may notice a powdery gray… Read more
residue on the base of your pan. This residue is actually a reaction caused by exposing the aluminum base to the dishwashing detergent. This residue is not harmful; it is believed to consist of atomic hydrogen, a naturally occurring element. There are several methods suggested to remove the residue, but permanent discoloration to the aluminum may occur over time. For this reason, we recommend hand-washing your Swiss Diamond cookware with a dish brush and hot, soapy water. The gray powder, or aluminum oxidation, can be removed with any of these methods: 1. A paste of baking soda and water 2. Aluminum cleaner (found near Comet and other cleaning products in your local supermarket) 3. A solution of 1 liter (1 quart) water + 45 mL (3 Tbsp.) of a natural acid like lemon juice, cream of tartar or white vinegar. Bring to a boil inside the cookware and then use the same solution on a sponge to clean the exterior and the base.” *Had I known that this would be an issue, I would not have bought these pans. They were expensive even when discounted & I feel angry over the outcome. I would not repurchase this brand again.*
Do not buy these!! – After using the grill I purchased for over $250.00, the surface lost its coating and was completely unusable. The worst brand (by far) I have ever purchased! Complete waste of money! Show details
The company refused to warranty for the manufacturing defect – Just in 2 weeks using, bubbles everywhere on the bottom with low to medium heating as per their instruction, scratches everywhere with plastic and wood utensils. The company refused my manufacturing defect claim. Worst nonstick product ever and dodgy warranty policy. Show details

The non-stick is very short-lived, and the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on – I had 3 of these pans - 28, 24 and 20 cm. The large pan was not used that much - a few times in the oven and being able to use it in the oven was good but even a tarte tatin would stick to the surface in parts and part of the surface of the large pan was slightly rough when we purchased it. After a while, the part where the surface was rough… Read more
peeled only in that little spot - and only in that tiny spot - no such thing as a coincidence. Took photos and sent it off to Swiss diamond as instructed, and it seems that based on there being burnt brown oil on the bottom of the pan they said it had been overheated. I don't bother to clean the bottoms of my pans - they go in a cupboard, not on display. The 24 cm pan has been used a lot and several times has been too hot with the oil smoking, but the surface on that pan is still fine. For the price, they are simply not worth it.
The non-stick loses its very non-stick qualities very quickly like all other non-stick pans seem to, so I have gone back to using my Circulon pans which I can't put in the oven but work at least as well as the Swiss Diamond and have lasted years. I hav3e replaced the 28 cm pan with a stainless steel pan and won't waste money on a non-stick pan again unless it is a cheap one.
I would advise people to not waste their money on these pans - it's a Rolls-Royce price tag for a product that isn't backed up like the claims.
Worst frypan I’ve ever had, I’d give it no stars if I could – My husband bought me the biggest frypan in the range and I am so disappointed with it. Everything sticks to it even though it’s supposed to be non stick. This makes it difficult to clean, I’ve gone back to a K Mart pan. I also have 2 of the saucepans and they are not the best either for the money Show details
NO NO NO!!!! Do not buy these!!! – I bought an entire set of these pots and pans from Robins Kitchen, Balgowlah. On first use, I was utterly amazed at how effective the non-stick performance of these were. I literally only needed a paper towel to wipe them down after cooking, and they would almost (but not quite) be completely clean. All that was required to be done after that was… Read more
to use a small amount of soap, warm water and a soft sponge. That experience was very short lived. After only 6-8 uses, anything I cooked became ‘glued’ to the bottom of the pan. I thought it was my fault, so I replaced two of the pans with new ones I purchased from ‘House’ and continued to follow the directions for use and care. Again, after only 6-8 uses, everything I cooked was becoming ‘glued’ to the bottom of the pan. I now have to use a lot of oil in the pans when cooking with them.
I cannot use strong enough language to describe what an utter, and complete disappointment and outrageous rip-off these pots and pans have turned out to be. I could literally have purchased any other set of pots and pans for less than half the price and would achieve significantly better value for money and infinitely better performance from a non-stick pan. In fact I have paid 1/10 of the amount I paid for these pans, for other pans from Aldi, and I get significantly better performance.
I cannot emphasize this strongly enough: Do not buy these pans. They are terrible.
I really don't want to say "I told you so" but just look at the appalling reviews these pans are receiving and if you go ahead and buy them....it would not take much to work out what comments I will be making on your own negative review!
Warning Don’t buy Swiss Diamond cook wear – BEWARE, I spent over $1000 on Swiss Diamond cook wear at Dalgano’s in Elsternwick. I was informed they were non stick and easy to clean. Within a month of using them CORRECTLY they were stained, impossible to clean and food was sticking. Despite returning to the shop where I purchased them I was told I had been using them incorrectly. Diamond representative was equally unhelpful. Worst pans I’ve ever had and a terrible waste of money. As for the life long warranty, Swiss Diamond won’t honour that because they decided that the pans were used “incorrectly “ voiding your supposed warranty. Never again.
Not non stick no matter how well you look after them – We were unfortunately advised to buy these extremely expensive frypans from a highly reputable homewares store. Don't mind spending the money when you get what you pay for. I thoroughly read all the instructions. Never high heat, gradually build up the heat, everything. Followed it all to the letter and both pans are ready for the bin less than 12 months after we purchased them. Very disappointing. Show details
A total waste of money, and customer service a total waste of time – Pitting of the non stick surface. Customer service is horrible if you try to claim under warranty. You will just get told you are wrong and it’s all your fault. I was told I was stacking them incorrectly and misusing them and should refer to the booklet provided with the pots and pans! This is not true as each pot/pan had its own spot on the… Read more

Disgusting waste of money! – If i could i would give it a minus 10 rating, Its a Terrible product, i had the 32 cm frying pan, it was $AUS100 at a closing down sale, normally 300 dollars! stainless steel pan. Absolutely hopeless and totally unimpressive! I tried to contact Swisstech, i was polite but they just ignored me! It went into the dustbin after only 4 months of occasional use, i say occasional as it was only used as a last resort! Avoid this awful product at all costs its not worth 10 bucks!
Definitely is not nonstick – Several times have tried to grill fish fillets in melted butter. Fillets just keep sticking to pan. There is ample melted butter in pan with moderate heat and still sticks to pan Show details
