Why complain in the question section of a review site that is not monitored by Target?

if the review site is not monitored then how are you answering me ? enough of this. if the goods are not received shortly i wish the money paid to be returned to my account the number which you have thank you E. Matthews.

I’ve had the same thing happen a few times

Had this happen multiple times. Seems to be when I use lots of browser tabs or spend over an hour on the site. From what I read, many websites use a third party service that temporarily blocks 'suspicious IP's'. The one Target is using seems to be over zealous.

I too have had access denied in the middle of another buy - not impressed!!!

Underwear is excluded as per their website despite recEIpts.

Poor customer service at Target Wollongong store. I was given a present for my birthday by my daughter and she purchased at TargetI needed to exchange size. Went to front counter of store to ask to exchange , they sent us to back of store to click n Collect counter? Why am I sent to another counter? Then had to wait again for service! Then staff girl tells me I need to organise a store credit card? Huh? I’m only exchanging one size top for another size which was right there hanging on the rack. Why can’t they exchange the top there and then ? Instead put customer through a system to be tapped on their system to create a plastic card to just exchange a top for the next size up?? Seriously very frustrating and complicated system which seems to be a new one! Making customer s wait longer. Especially in Christmas time when ppl are busy!! Why ,Target are you encouraging more plastic in our consumer world? Not happy

Firstly to Anyhow. Please don't be condescending when you answer questions. I do know that I should ask Target and I already had, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to discuss this with other Target reviewers in case they have had the same problem. I thought that was the part of the purpose of having a Product Review site. Also, Other customers do often answer questions.

I have just discovered the problem was a compatibility problem with my Firefox Browser which now has been fixed. It was not showing some content (ie the reviews in this instance) on the product description pages. I hope this will help someone else who experiences this problem. I logged into my Firefox account and made sure it was updated and bingo, the reviews appeared on the product pages!

Thanks for changing your answer Anyhow. That's much more friendly and helpful. Yes, it's all fix now. At least if anyone else has this problem they might see this conversation and know what to do.

Yes. I learned this when I tried to return a swimsuit I'd bought for my daughter, still with tags attached and I had the receipt. Apparently it is a health issue.

Well yes, and your age is??? All the germy disease filled and infectious and internal and external parasite containing parts of your body are in contact with those garments. And you have not figured that out yet? Fabric that is in contact with your blood, urine and fecal matter, is now going back to touch other peoples bits. Like what you have in your drawers, may not be what other people want to be bringing home in theirs. And you don't get issues of infectious diseases and basic hygiene? Like how old are you? Seriously.

This is not a nice answer. This lady has every right to presume she can return swimwear. I have ordered multiple swimwear items from other companies and have been able to return them no problem. You are supposed to try them on with while still wearing underwear. As a buyer you should wash most things before you wear them anyway. Swimwear can be very expensive and it is difficult to know if it will fit correctly when buying online. Target should be allowing returns. I am glad I have read this, I shall not be buying swimwear online from Target!

The conditions and exclusions are clearly listed in their (and many other company) websites so should not be a surprise

It can take a few business days, up to a week or so.

These days, it's a lot faster. Refunds back to your card should show up same day in your account, but can also show up the next business day.

I usually find their items on the large side. I'm a size 8 in pants and size 6 was too big in one instance.

No, but as I take a size 8 I cannot really say. I have noticed that women's pants are not as tight as they used to be, especially the new Asian ones they have been changing the ones we usually buy to. I am not prejudice it is just the way I see women's pants at the moment.

I think the Target women's pants sizing is possibly more consistent than their women's shirts. If anything they might be slightly bigger than a few years ago. I bought a selection of (ladies) linen shirts early in the summer 2014 season and despite the little red tag announcing Target had fixed their sizing issues I found the sizing to be all over the place within the same shirt style but in different colours. Men's business shirts are definitely smaller though. I had to go up a size for my husband's shirts and even then the narrower cut across the shoulders in some styles still didn't fit.

I can't answer that as I have never bought one.though if you want to find out you are probably going to have to buy one

I used to shop at Westfield eastgardens when I was staying at my brothers house for.a few.weeks though unfortunately I can't answer that question

I have always found that Target staff are happy to obtain anything that is in the catalogue, and not in store - from other stores - you may just have to wait a few days - I am in the same boat living in a rural area and although not in my 70's am time poor

Have you tried shopping with them online on the internet / see if that helps
