attempted to contact TCL tech support, knowing, that the TV was out of warranty, to try and get an insight as as to whether it was a TV fault or an antenna fault, a simple request that turned out to be a nine day saga, 4 phone calls from 4 different people all asking me to furnish the same information that was contained in my case ref/#, and alll telling me that the TV was out of warranty, numerous back and forth E mails requesting, a video of the fault x 2, a copy of the receipt x 2, advising me that the TV was out of warranty x 6, I never did get to speak to a tech about the problem. conclusion TCL customer /tech . support was absolutely disgraceful to say the least \Brian Larkman

Bad tv and on top that worst customer service. Forget about any warranty claim you can make with tcl – My tcl s600 serious got alot of problems and warranty team rejected my claim without even looking at how the tv physically is and on top of that no communication at all . Very good TV – I bought this TV in early 2018 when my Samsung died following moving house. streaming netflix through my xbox rather than through the TV as I prefer a 60hz refresh rate, and prefer LED motion clarity when watching TV and movies. Other than that, which is a minor issue based on personal preference and not a technological issue, the TV is brilliant.

Good Option – I got it from jb-hifi and it's quite cheaper as compare to samsung and sony. I went there to buy samsung but that was expensive and I got similar feature in tcl which is quite cheaper and good option for lower income house. Show details

My Netflix god! – I literally only bought this tv because my antenna aerial doesn’t work and I have a bad Netflix addiction. So far the sound, picture and Netflix / internet apps itself have been great. The YouTube quality on the size screen isn’t the greatest but despite that everything is good. way to Exit has been to unplug at wall, some setup options quite complicated and frustrating, colour and sound inconsistent.
