Unit efficiency – During spring, summer & autumn it was ok but winter is a total failure. I was assured by the retailer that it would meet my needs IE heating in a very cold climate. Effective but a bit industrial – The unit moves a lot of air and can hold its own against Sydney summer (or winter) in my 1950s, poorly insulated house. So it's effective. a quite loud noise as the compressor starts, and this is in my bedroom. It's loud enough to wake someone up, at least until you get used to it.
All in all, does the job, wasn't too expensive, I'm happy with it.
Cooling is bit noise – Cooling is bit noise. When cooling is turning on, I cannot have a phone call under the machine. It is bit noise. Heating is OK. Considering it is pretty cheap.
