Tefal Hard Titanium Pro Induction Non-Stick

I bought two Tefal Titanium Pro frypans approximately 18 mths ago and they are no longer non-stick !I contacted the company and was told you can't heat the frypans ( to frying temperature) because they become non- stick ! What's the point of using these frypans if you can't fry ? They wouldn't show me any paperwork that advises not to heat to a certain temperature and certainly would not cover the two year warranty. They also claim you can use metal spatulas but won't warranty scratches made with metal spatulas. What a rip off. Don't waste your money on these. I wonder how healthy the non-stick material is, especially as it's worn off. I will be throwing mine away.
