Not happy with the set – I purchased the 8 piece cookware in November 2022 and only 1 pan has been used 2-3 times. The non-stick coating where the handle is attached is already peeling off. Unable to mix the food in the pan while cooking, as the pan rotates (on a gas hob) and the handle is not to be used while cooking. It's not a very good design I think because the hot contents of the pan can spill on the person, whilst cooking. The after sales service is unfortunately not v good even though the set is very much under warranty and it's more than a month and a half that I am waiting for a favourable resolution. I only bought the set because it's stackable and saves space and I've been very happy with other Tefal products. This set is not worth the price paid. Sorry Tefal you have lost a loyal customer.
Purchased in for $250.12.

Great products, just add a few extra pieces and it would be perfect – We love these. They cook and clean beautifully, they fit in the oven and fridge better than any pots and pans we’ve had before due to the removable handle, and the inclusion of storage lids is great for when you place the pot in the fridge or take it over to a friend’s place for dinner. We’d been a bit concerned about handling hot food with a removable handle, (i.e. we worried the handle could come loose and injure us), but now that we’ve used them, we are very happy that they lock in strongly and safely. We also really love that these products are compatible with all cooktops (gas, electric, ceramic, and induction). This means we know we won’t have to replace them just because we choose a different cooktop in the future.
The only downsides we’ve noticed are: - we still had to keep one small pot from our old set of pots and pans, as this set doesn’t include anything that we could use for those small meals like heating a single can of baked beans. - they don’t include cooking or storage lids to fit all of the base sizes, we feel they really should have included at least one lid to fit each base size. So we’ve had to purchase a seperate multi-size cooking lid elsewhere. - it would have been great if the set included some form of protective cloth (etc) for when you stack the set as shown in their images for storage, something to protect the pots from becoming damaged or scratched.
We really love this set, but if they’d just included a few extra things it would’ve been complete, and we would have been happy to pay extra for it.
Update: 18 months later and they are still like new. We handwash them (super quick and easy) to protect the non-stick coating, and have purchased liners to protect them when stacked together. I’ve recommended this set to a number of people since we bought them. I love the removable handle and feel it’s one of the best designs I’ve seen in a product in a long time. We also now have another Tefal non-stick wok (not an Ingenio one though) and we both prefer the Tefal Ingenio products. The Ingenio pan’s edges are smoother, handles feel more balanced, and the freedom to use the pans on the stove, or in the oven or fridge without having to make space for a clumsy large handle, these are all reasons we love these Ingenio products and would happily purchase them again.
