We bought 12 chairs. Have had them for 4 weeks. We have had rain and unfortuantely the outdoor chairs got wet , they were under cover but still managed to get wet . No surprise there as they are outdoor chairs. All the bolts had rust coming through them. If we had known the outdoor chairs couldnt get wet we would not have bought them. No refund as they are not under warrenty if they get wet. Assembly was difficult as well. Show details

Temple & Webster - Disappointed with many aspects of this product – We were gifted six outdoor dining chairs. Assembling them was time consuming (3 hours) even though we got the gist of it after the first chair was assembled. $5.00 a chair, I would have bought the already assembled competitor's product. Firstly, this would this have saved time. Secondly, unlike the competitor's product which is welded, Temple & Webster's chairs have too many nuts and screws that would need tightening and securing every so often (8 per chair). Thirdly, the rubber caps that are supposed to conceal the screws just fall off... and there are 4 per chair to deal with. Finally, as there are 8 screws per chair, I feel these would rust in time unlike its welded counterpart. I am grateful for the gift but I feel it is a poorly designed product for the sake of having a flat pack. Stackable chairs are just as easy to deliver too. I am truly surprised because I expected Temple & Webster to have better quality goods.
