Tetra Bassinette Mattress

Do not waste your money! – I bought this mattress as it was marketed as organic, breathable and firm. The mattress was not firm at all. It was soft and my baby would sink into the mattress at every sleep leaving a baby size indent in the mattress even when she wasn't on it. The mattress needed to be fluffed back into shape after every use which was an incredible inconvenience. It was very difficult to manage a sleeping baby in one arm while trying to reshape the mattress and remake the bed with the other. The mattress would also have splinter like bits sticking out through the mattress from the inside which I assumed was bits of teatree. These were sharp and had to be pulled out and removed quite regularly. I would not recommend this product.

Expensive and a big disappointment – I bought this mattress for our baby Bassinette thinking it was the best mattress all natural and breathable, however we have been very disappointed. Baby ends up sinking into a hole as bed is too soft she also has tipped over onto the basket edge because of the indentation. We hence have ordered another old style breathable foam one which will hopefully be a lot better Natural organic Too soft
