Fell Apart after 6 months and will not replace as they state I had to claim in the first 30 days. So they only believe their product will last for 30 days. Do not BUY. Show details

zero stars. Magic brush DOES NOT WORK at all. Contrary to the promise of a refund i tried continuously for 3 months sending videos they requested showing it not working. After a week they would reply 'send us a video of how its not working via this link'..but they never opened the videos...or acknowledged the before and after photos. They never… Read more

processed my promised refund. Magic Brush didnt pick up one hair (from any surface) of my white short haired dog. Seems like a scam. I lost $39. I wish they had advertised no refunds. Photos show before and after using magic brush. No hairs removed.

Magic Brush from MagicBrushOfficial never arrives. It’s a scam. They delete reviews that aren’t 4 or 5 stars (it’s written in their terms and conditions that they can delete whatever they want). Product is way overpriced compared to others available (more than 5 times the cost). Avoid MagicBrushOfficial. Show details

It does NOT work on SHORT HAIRED pets, only LONG HAIRED pets. I bought straight from their website after looking at their adverts. I was adamant to buy straight from them as I want to be sure that if the brush did not work, it is not because I have bought a 'knock off' version. The delivery was about 3 weeks which was a bit slow. They also always… Read more

seem to be on promotion for buy 1 get 1 so don't rush to get them because their 'sales are ending'. When I got the 2 brushes, I immediately tried it on my unvacuumed couch, chair and car seats. and it very little in picking up the short hairs that were on it. The Dyson is 110% better. For reference, I have a Kelpie and a Rottweiler, both of whom have short bristly hair. I then gave one brush to a neighbour, who has two Maine Coon cats, and the brush worked beautifully, even picking up hair on their couch and carpet that already have been vacuumed. I gave the other brush to a friend who has a Maremma sheepdog and a long haired cat and for her, the brush took off a lot of hair, especially on furniture that were hard to vacuum or the back side of them that were hard to reach. So in conclusion, yes the brush does work wonders, but only for long haired pets.

Should have looked here before purchasing. Thought I was supporting an Australian based business. Just got the delivery notification to state that it has been collected from China. Yet to see if it actually works, guess I need to wait at least… Read more

another week for it to be even close to being delivered from overseas. Just another drop shipped product it seems.

Follow-up  · Just to follow up, item received and it doesn’t work. Tried on different surfaces and it is hopeless. Don’t waste your money.

Fraud, my package was stolen. And they are refusing to refund my money or send me another package. So at this point, my entire order has been stolen from me and they got a good $40 for free from me. This company is disgusting Show details

Having two dogs, I was hoping to find something more effective than a Lint Roller. Well it's certainly not a Magic Brush- a load of rubbish has had no affect on the dog hair that we get. Waste of money, don't bother. Show details

Follow-up  · It hasn't made any difference, I have put them where they belong in the bin. Waste of time and money - just a con !!!

Similar to other reviewers, I thought they were Australia based bit of course now. Received the product eventually but as anticipated. It's not good and while it kinda works, it's also not great for cat's hair. I knew it wouldn't be exactly what was advertised but it doesn't come close. Just good to avoid using the sticky tape so I guess it'll… Read more

save me a couple of dollars over the next 5 years.

Ugh. Useless, I spent $40 on this, sucked in by the Facebook posts which clearly have fake reviews. I have tried on various fabrics and it didn't remove any hair at all. Show details

I ordered product on 23rd Dec 2025. No communication if it has been shipped as yet. I should have read reviews here first before purchasing. It was advertised on Instagram. I will update my review if I receive the product. I’m disappointed with myself for not being more vigilant and checking before buying. Update: 19/1/26 I received the product… Read more

two weeks ago now. It is quite flimsy but it definitely works. Took a bit of practice to get it right but it DOES WORK! Gets all the hair off as advertised. I have a Golden Retriever and I have covers on my couches. It used to take me ages to get the hair off, but now it’s pretty effortless. So the product does work as advertised. It would be better if it was a less flimsy product and not sure how long it will last. So glad I have a second one.

So disappointing. I should have checked reviews before buying. It is floppy and definitely does not pick up the hair.. It just moves it around.. I tried a few different ways, but couldn't get it to work. Their Marketing is great though... 5 stars for their Marketing team :-(

This is a scam. They take your money the product doesn't work and when I tried to get a refund it's a computer reply then your ghosted. I'm so cross with myself for falling for it. Show details

I just received my 2 brushes, and they absolutely DO NOT WORK. None of the promised results were achieved - I tried on my car, on clothes and other surfaces with dog hair and none worked.  I tried in every possible angle and way and nope - does not remove any hairs. I have requested a refund to return these ASAP. Show details

Misleading advertising. Does not fulfill “buy one, get one free” offer. I only received the one brush . Supplier requested pictures of packaging etc to support my claim, which I provided promptly. Despite several follow ups from me, I’ve heard nothing more from the supplier. Very unethical practices imo Show details

Absolutely disgraceful business. Misleading company and horrendous customer service. I purchased the product and over a week later did not hear anything so I emailed them to ask when it would be shipped. I did some research in the meantime and realised that a lot of people had been disappointed with their experience also. They responded to me… Read more

saying "it's shipping out soon" and on the same day I responded "please cancel my order" and they emailed me a few days later telling me that it was too late and they already shipped it out. The product finally arrived and after I had told them I would send the product straight back for a full refund, I stuck to my guns and asked them to initiate a return to which they responded that I would have to pay for it and otherwise they would just give me a 20% partial refund "out of good faith". Absolutely horrendous company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

SCAM COMPANY. Saw these on fb. Stated AU company. Placed order. A month later have not received items. Many emails sent. Responses were, low stock. No stock. They are on the way. We will get them posted asap. Complete run around. Now they say the items are being posted from China. Their phone number has been disconnected. Do not order from this… Read more

company. I could have purchased off temu for $2.80 but decided to support an Australia company at $29.95. Items never received.

I believe this to be a scam. It’s supposed to be a company on the Gold Coast. Ordered 10 days ago, together with another order to another company on the GC and an order to a company in Sydney. The other 2 orders I received within days after placing.… Read more

I ended up reaching out to request an update on my order. They then told me they had a stock shortage but the product was now back in stock. I should expect 6 to 10 business days for delivery (from GC to Tweed Heads, literally a 20 minute drive). These guys are not based in The Gold Coast. They responded under the name ‘Seek First’. The brush is made in China. Honestly, these guys place an order via Temu (pay a few dollars) and then sell it to us with a 500% markup, I bet the order is coming straight from Temu (not even first through them!). Easiest way to make money. The reason I placed this order with these guys is because I wanted to support a local company. I’ve send them a message that I wanted to cancel the order. Pretty sure they’ll get back to me saying they just shipped it. From the Gold Coast with a delivery time of 2 weeks… save your money guys and buy it straight from Temu.

Follow-up  · Follow up: after sending them a message that I wanted to cancel, they did come back to me saying it was just shipped. Created a complaint with PayPal. They kept on stalling me by offering me a discount and not sending it back. I ended up winning the PayPal case and got refunded by PayPal

Sadly this doesn’t live up to the advertising. It works ok but not as good as the video shows, although a small degree better than the Temu one but a heck of a lot dearer. Also for an ‘Australian owned and operated’ company the brush is made in China! I only ordered it because I was mistakenly under the impression it was made on the Gold Coast.
