believe ALL the hype…..it does not work! Will not even bother with the 45 day guarantee as I would assume the seller would want you to jump through a multitude of hoops to still then find a way of not honouring claim. Should have used the money towards getting it professionally cleaned which I now need to do anyway. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! Obviously this business getting MEGA RICH off customers’ hopes! clean the carpet twice with the shampoo - I sprayed numerous of times with the spray but the smell is still there - This product obviously doesn't work so today I called a carpet cleaner 22 January 2026 to see if he can get rid of the smell. My carpet is in very good condition so I am at a loss at this product. I actually realised that they have a warranty of 45 days risk free so I contacted the company and they agreed to the refund as long as I was willing to send the products back at my expense. I then informed them that the advert actually states risk free which I believe means that they have an obligation to pay for the costs of sending it back. I will go down to the post office and see how much it is to send it all back.

it’s now 22/11. They use couriers please, who refused to deliver it. I called petlab 4 days ago asking to have this sorted out, and was told they would re-send it and let me know. I have called 3 more times as I’ve heard nothing back, and still don’t have my products. I have left multiple voice mails. The sad thing is that I actually liked the products….but the delivery process and the lack of any customer care or communication has left a very sour taste in my mouth, and I can’t justify the cost of the products when they have zero care for if you get what you’ve paid for or not. If I don’t hear back I will need to lodge a claim with ACCC because it was expensive, and I have nothing to show for it.

We have a 9 month old puppy that is happy to go outside and do his business when we are home but as soon we go out he goes in the same places. We tried different products and nothing worked. We sore the ad for this product and the money back guarantee if it didn't work. We thought well nothing else has worked so let's give it ago we have tried this product now for over six weeks and nothing has changed. He still goes in the same places when we aren't home and the smell is still there, we followed the directions as per bottle, but at best all it did was leave a film on our tiles (which we had to get a.cleaner to get off) . We reached out to petlab about this and the problems we were having and the response we received was " your pet may require additional training and we are only.a cleaning deterrant" Yet everything that is promoted about this product is it eliminates,deters, deodorises and kills the enzymes to stop or deter pets from returning to the same area. If this doesn't work after the trial period they will refund your money, WRONG!! As previously mentioned we have tried this product and followed the instructions to the letter. We reached out to the company about this matter and we were told your pet needs further training and would not refund the money as its not part of there policy. As consumer and also business owner myself I find this very unprofessional and the lack help and respect very poor I would not recommend purchasing this product or trust the promises for a refund if it does not work. I am 3/4 the way through the 1st bottle and the incidence of territory marking has markedly decreased and the smell of dog pee has been replaced by the lovely smell of the Odour and Stain Remover. We still have an issue with the sofa and chair and the dust bin in the kitchen, but will persist as the problem has diminished greatly. The product is great! Thanks for your efforts and support as this has really been an uphill battle with these two. I am hoping that eventually they will realise that they are not going to win this battle with PetLab!

would work. I can say the ordour has been reduced/replaced by a not unpleasant one, unless you're up close and then the urine stain is very much still there. And the stain is still present, with little to no impact. I repeated the application as suggested and made sure each application had slow drying time, but alas, it has not lived up to the hype or cost. So...I can't speak for new stains or ordours, but wouldn't bother paying for this product if you're trying to remove an old stain. Disappointing.

Don't bother, waste of Money!!!! – Products don't do what they state brought several products to try one for a soiled rug and no success my cats keep going to same spot and the laundry detergent is exactly the same product just with a different label and bottle and it took no smell away from our cat mats .

Works wonderfully – I purchased PetLab Plus Enzyme Solution Stain & Odour Remover for the fake grass squares I have which my dogs use every morning as they're restricted from the backyard at night, and just hosing wasn't removing the smell.
