Topfield TF7000HT

Terrible – The unit worked well for a few months and then started to act up. Tried to ring the service people-no luck there. I would buy a better quality unit next time. East set up. Constantly freezing on HD channels. Have to turn unit off and then on again f to enable channel change.

Good – A good unit at a reasonable price. I would buy again if situation was appropriate. Probably I would prefer a twin tuner unit instead. Easy to set up, has run 18 months without a hitch, great picture Minor dislike - in some light conditions it is difficult to see the front panel display, hard to tell if the unit has switched on or not.

Excellent – awesome HD set top box... definitely recomend. I have it connected to a Sony bravia 32"LCD. I started with a sony box and returned it for the topfield. Very happy with my decision fast channel change... picture quality.. looks stylish

Bad – Not impressed with freezing problem and it's failure to upload new firmware to try and fix problem.Was given to me for free after previous owner did not want to attempt firmware upgrade. Picture is good when it wants to work Freezes on HD channels,won't upload new firmware update to fix this problem.
