just got it a week ago and love it!! – Had the machine about a week and my wife and I both love it.It was a breeze to assemble,and very user friendly to operate.the machine is very solidly built and would recommend it to anyone

just a reasonable price and easy to use – the bench is sturdy and of good quality brand, now I don't have to worry about going to gym, I can have my workout at home anytime and never had to worry when I cant go gym for some reason. easy doing transactions with them and got my item just in time. I'm already using it for 3 weeks now and are really happy with the results and also enjoying the convenient of having my workout at home any time of the day.

Over priced for what you get – I ordered this from Danoz where it comes standard with the leg extender and the headrest. Putting it together with these added components does take some time and the instructions are really vague. disappointed with the dvd's. I was under the impression that they were proper workouts. They are not. They only go for between 10 and 14 minutes which I think is pretty poor for the price.

The bench itself seems sturdy and the bands are good quality. The seat material is a little cheap and nasty.

Overall, I think it's an ok product, but way over priced and the dvd's aren't really going to achieve much. Sturdy Over priced, poor dvd's

A bit disappointed – I received my totalFlex on 3/11/12 and I have been working out everyday since. I am also following the diet carefully. My starting weight was 70 kgs. with all the confusing directions but once I put it together it stood really study and the metal was of quality and so was the seating material ,.,not the cheap pleather seating that will rip at the sides. The manual shows you how to do basic resistance exercisers and how to increase your resistance training. I started breaking out in a swear once I did a couple reps and was really amazed at how easy it was to change the position of the gym equipment to work out my entire body. Definitely love this product and has been easy to incorporate this in to my daily workout routine. Total Flex Body is not some gimmick the sell you on TV its actually a workout tool that is just based on resistance bands and a convertible bench. total flex - completely worth it! – i used to pay over $1k p.a. for gym to exercise. now, i only need to spend $450 and do exercise anytime at home. i don't have to worry about the weather and feeling guilty of not going to gym. i am seeing results and i love it so much! one of the best thing i have ever spent. reasonable price, easy to use and you can do a lot of weight exercise with one equipment. nothing.
