Waste of money – Didn’t have a page for the med/large dog review, so leaving a review here. Visited a friend, and my dog got fleas. This was recommended to me but I will never recommend to anyone, total waste of money. Does absolutely nothing. There website doesn’t even reply or acknowledge people complain, they don’t have reviews on site either, wonder why

Waste of money – Price is the same as the month long but only works for 1day, meaning the fleas in the environment just come back. Made no difference at all.

Doesn't work and makes cats hair fall out – I used this on my beautiful ragdoll cat and now my she has a very dark patch of skin and hair loss in the area it was applied. I'm very unhappy with this product and definitely do not recommend.

Apologies for the mistake but this doesn't excuse the fact that the liquid one caused this reaction on my cat. I've read so many horrible scary reviews of your products and I think it's disgusting that you still sell them. Do you actually care about animals or just want to make money no matter what the cost

Works as it should – I use this product for my cat whenever he gets an infestation from time to time. It works as it should. I find it kills fleas who feed almost instantly if not within 30 minutes at least. It is important to note for others who find it doesn't work for them that fleas live at 95% within the environment, this means you will have eggs, larvae and pupae in your pet's environment which means regardless of using this product, a re-infestation is likely. Fleas can also be passed form pet to pet and even to humans (though they do not feed from us.) So you can easily treat your pet, rid of the fleas CURRENTLY infesting them, and still pass fleas back onto them if they are on you, your clothes, or other pets. It is important to treat all pets as well.
It is not meant to provide lasting support against fleas. Its meant for use in cases where you need instant relief. You need to combine this product with other flea fighting methods. Use monthly spot ons as you should for lasting support. Cleaning for starters is a big thing you must do otherwise using this product will be pointless. If you don't remove the fleas from the environment, they will eventually re-infest your pet and still continue to be an issue. Use knock-down as recommended, clean the environment thoroughly, make use of flea shampoos weekly (preferably not at the same time as knockdown as you want to be cautious especially with cats whom are sensitive metabolisms with things. one product at a time allows you to watch for reactions and take action accordingly without questioning if it was this or that product.)
