I called twice to get test results both times I was on hold for at least 10 minutes then hung up on. I gave up. The receptionist was also rude on the phone.

You need to make an appointment with your relevant doctor to discuss results. Don't know which side you visit, both have different requirements for some things, like bookings. Good luck, hope test results in your favor.

Hi, they actually lost my swab, how that happens who would know. It's been 2 months. I'm not happy!!
