email customer service to cancel my subscription- I have no active prescriptions and every year I am absolutely ghosted. No customer service whatsoever. Do not ever sign up for this service unless you want to be locked in for life. Closing my bank account might’ve easier than getting an email back from this company at the point.

experience with the billing provider Debit Success has been a nightmare.

An unauthorised third membership was charged to our account weekly for over 7 weeks without our knowledge. When we raised this, Debit Success confirmed in writing they could not identify where the charge was coming from — yet the charges continued anyway.

Despite 10+ contacts by phone and email over 46 days, the issue was never formally resolved. We were ultimately forced to cancel our debit card through Westpac to stop the charges, which then caused our own legitimate memberships to fall into arrears and incur late fees we should never have been charged. We have since raised a formal chargeback with Westpac and lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading.

The gym itself is fine — but if you join, check your bank statements every single week and make sure you are only being charged for the memberships you signed up for. The billing system carries real financial risk and the customer support to resolve issues is severely lacking.

over the place, I had enough money to pay sitting in my out account, something small comes out so I send more over, by morning the payment still hasn’t left the bank. I call to see what’s up, they say they try three times before cancelling an order, they also say they let you know if it doesn’t come out so you can attend to it. I say, it was once briefly the full amount wasn’t there, and I received no text to say it wasn’t. She tells me that in this instance correct, there was one attempt and no sms sent because it’s a delivery in two days time. But still cancelled the order. I ask if she can just process it now. No, too hard. The Wednesday delivery is cancelled and I have to order Friday, but they’ll take the money any time at all between now and Wednesday night. No she can’t process that payment either, just watch your account like a hawk and hope for 24hrs. Seems like a very outdated way to process payments, and the most difficult stressful payment process I have to date. Don’t you think it’s time to update things a little?

The auto renewal email came in amongst marketing materials with the title “the more you use, the more you lose”… who would know that’s an auto renewal? packaging, clearly having come through a gap in the seal. This isn’t speculation - our home is kept meticulously clean (my partner has OCD and a strong fear of bugs), so there’s zero chance this came from our environment. It came from your product.

The thought that I could have eaten this is beyond disgusting. To make it worse, you can actually see parts of the fly lying amongst the food, including a detached leg and wing, that was cooked along with the meal. It’s stomach-turning and completely unacceptable by any standard of food safety.

And this isn’t even an isolated incident. I’ve previously had two separate meals from you where I bit down on small rocks. Not one - two. Your response at the time? A refund for a single meal. That should have been my warning sign, because clearly nothing has improved.

This latest incident has genuinely put me off eating altogether tonight. It’s not just disappointing - it’s alarming. Your quality control appears nonexistent, and based on your pattern of responses to other negative reviews, you seem far more interested in issuing hollow apologies than actually fixing the problem.

At this point, I have absolutely no confidence in the safety or integrity of your food. Disgusting.

refunded for, was rescheduled on THEIR end 3 times, even though the booking was over 3 weeks away. I went to change to 'next available' and was expecting a call at 3pm one day, and NEVER got the call, not even the next day. When I logged in to the app (which is also VERY clunky), it was still showing my wait time eta was 1hr 45m, which didn't suit me that day, so I rescheduled to a future date, and it got changed on me AGAIN!!! (Note both of the bookings were 3weeks or so in advance, so no idea why it kept getting changed so early). Wanting to try the 'next available' again, I was expecting a call by 6pm and as I'm someone who gets up at 4am for work, I was disgusted when I got a text at 7:43pm then a call at 7:44pm, waking me up. Due to it being a random mobile number I cancelled it then got text messages about missing the appointment. I will not be renewing my script with Youly again, as the value is no longer matching the cost.

Benny (Owner/Manager ) took my information and put me under Rob's wing as my personal trainer. I dedicated myself 100% to follow his advise and instructions: from week 3 I started noticing results and in four months I reached one of my goals; now we are in working in building muscles. It hasn't been easy, like everything else; you have to be disciplined, the trainer's are only doing their job and you have to follow its routine. Rob is very professional and knowledgeable as are Benny and the rest of trainers; without their help it wouldn't have been possible. Also when you are on the group sessions (7 a week) all the clients and coaches are very respectful and there is a great sense of camaraderie. and the following week when I noticed another order I didn't make had been placed even though it was a week in advance the customer service team refused to refund and cancel the order when I contacted them.

The food is okay. (The only thing stopping this review from being 1-star). Not great but worth about as much as the first order was worth. It is however poorly labelled. I would recommend trying a different service.

been very poor. A little slap email once a week. Tlc has WhatsApp every day. I don't think for one second my plan was personalized. Literally 8 hours after bloods, which is madly expensive, i got the plan. It's been 8 weeks. Nothing is shifting. Tlc works to decrease cellulite. This does nothing. I have absolutely zero energy. Used to go to gym 5/6 times a week. Did hyrox, now I can't even drag myself to the office and go to sleep at 7 at night. Feel sh!t and still look even sh!ttier.
