Do not buy worst possible TV Box – Buyer beware this box is absolutely horrible, total waste of money, it is constantly searching and most stations are under maintenance, when you do get a station it repeats itself every 30 seconds, also has an annoying constant ramadan ad bottom right of the screen. Terrible service and poor customer service – Most of time the channels are under maintenance when you ask support they are rude and provide you wrong timeline and try to left the chat. Totally a waste of $200.

Very very poor services and maintenance – When we call for service they will lift for the first time and for the second time they won’t even lift call. - they won’t provide all channels, - We requested them for 15 channels mainly, currently only 4 are running and the rest they just display the channel name but when we switched in we can see the different channel. - they won’t respond. Sudden disconnect – This company has terrible customer service. My box suddenly stopped working 1 week ago ! No one to contact about this fault ! There website doesn't work ! Terrible – It's unbelievable how the service change from excellent to horrible all channels work on and off every 5 second and they run out on the middle of night like thief. variety of channels and good service – I have had the device since July and theres so many channels on their one does not have time to look through all of it. I had a problem with device call the customer service and they kindly guided me to solve error. My husband is loving the sports channels but at times they can be slowish. Show details

Worst customer service ever – Watch where you spend your money, very terrible customer service.don't trust what they say on their website. I made a complaint against them in the fair trading and they don't even reply to them. Next step should be the court. Try to make negative comment on their Facebook page they will block you. Never stupid TV Arabia (very rude customer support) – Very bad service, customer services guys very rude, non-human, no sense. Once you want to speak to somebody they throw you to each other. investigation they told me that I have problems with my net and I refused to believe accourding to some of the negative reviews as I knew they would say that but it turns out that my internet was playing up after the storm Queensland had. I called my internet provider and they told me that my internet is no good, they sent a Technition and fixed it and after that my new TV ARABIA device worked perfectly. Many thanks to the customer service who had to put up with my anger, caustimer Service has directed me to the right path unlike what other people claimed in their negative reviows. This is not how you treat a Customer who is needing help regarding there service. I do not recommended this company as they do not know how to talk to a customer respectful and they are useless in helping, go with another company who over the same services like Zaap TV as they know how to help customers.
Don't buy from them – I bought the device 4 months ago and light on the front panel start to stop working. I called them and they keep asking to send them an email. highly recommend this product manly for being so cheap (Compared to the products that actually work. Not the free ones in market as they are not reliable at all and very low quality with no support). Also being Sports are HD and picture quality is very good. Hope this helps.

ok – I had some issues with the box related to my wifi security settings .However, I have contacted the service provider and I wanted to use the money back gurantee and they ask me to ship it which i did and i got my money refunded. So far its an ok experience for me. Amr

I returned the box and till now no reply to my emails about the refund and it seems it will end up by fair trading involvement . What is the benefit of any good box if the customer service is extremely bad and in case you faced a trouble with the box you will face hard times with the customer service !!
Excellent Product – Finally some thing that works very happy. highly recommended. Being zaap customer tv arabia is many times better. Also the VOD is amazing as i can watch favorite series on demand when i miss them. Movie section is also good but need more movies.
