Great product with exceptional service!
I have had the Twenty39 Quarbo sparkling water maker for about three years now. It works wonderfully today as it did on day one and the service you receive is absolutely exceptional! Friendly, prompt and useful. Absolutely wonderful in every way!
Uses a ridiculous amount of gas!!!
goes through loads of gas - 2 bottles a day and canister doesn’t last 2 weeks. My soda stream was a 30lt canister and lasted at least 3 times as long very very disappointed especially with this price tag.

Disappointed with after service
My initial review for this product was a 5-star love it, however one of the caps leaked. I advised the company via messenger (could not find a person), who did absolutely nothing about it but wanted me to take more videos showing how much it leaked. Now after washing left them two of the bottles on mydraining board and they buckled in the heat, inside my home!
I live in Adelaide, yes it was hot outside.

Drink more water we said… who knew Qarbo was the solution?! Hands down the best cordial killer you have never seen… we needed a solution as the Sodastream Spirit was useless. Found them online and placed my order. Good communications and order delivered promptly. First day was learning then the drinks started to roll out. Two days later washed five bottles in a day and we only own four! We only have the two children, wife not into it… yet, so the three of us loving this. Awesome Product!
Love the ethos of this small family business and it's a great product too! Small footprint and doesn't need power which is such a bonus. Delivery was super quick, communication and customer service is exceptional and we are enjoying bubbly water and soda daily. 100% recommend.

Poor quality, returned after first use
Read all the instructions before using, made sure to wash the bottles in lukewarm water (not hot). Went to use it the first time and the base fell off the bottle. Used the second bottle but it seemed too short to reach the mechanism that carbonates the water. Just seemed poor quality and we returned it for a refund. Went for a soda stream now, would have preferred the Aus product. I guess it looked good, but just didn’t work.

More than just a soda water maker
I bought the qarbo as I liked the thought of being able to carbonate more than just water. I also liked the more stylish appearance of the unit which sits nicely on the kitchen benctop. I really enjoy making sparkling juices and adding fruits to my sparkling water.
I am not too fussed on the syrup flavours but I haven't tried any of the cocktail recipes yet.
The bottles while elegant, are quite tall and only fit in one spot in my fridge, unless I purchase the holder.
Overall though, I am enjoying using my qarbo.

Beautiful looking model, a lot sleeker than other models on the market. Love the bronze, matches my kitchen perfectly. Easy to use and I love that I don't need to plug it in. I easily made a delicious sparkling raspberry drink when I received it. Really happy that I bought the qarbo. To be able to make my own drinks and not rely on the syrups is such an advantage. Also, great customer service - thank you Paul. My questions regarding the machine were answered promptly and help was provided with the purchase and delivery. Very happy indeed.

Simple to use and just what I wanted. Very happy and provides daily hydration with a twist. Love that you can go light or heavy on the fizz to meet everyone’s needs.

Is it better than SodaStream?
I chose it because it can mix solids in with the liquid, unlike SodaStream. It works as well as expected but it was difficult to order. Your on-line ordering system leaves something to be desired.

- Super easy to use
- It’s really really nice to look at, sitting there on the bench (I purchased the chrome version), and the bottles are also damn sexy
- Doesn’t take up huge amounts of space
- Instructions are very clear, and the produce is delicious
Cons
- The type of plastic used for the main component doesn’t feel the absolute best quality, however this is only very minor

Makes anything fizzy. Very nice device all round. Good purchase.
We bought this mainly for teenage son so that he could make his own fizzy drinks which did not contain too much sugar ie a healthier option for him and the planet (less plastic). Most alternatives say they can only be used with water but we wanted to experiment a bit with other drinks. This seems to have a proper method of delivery of CO2 so it won’t bubble over. Also wanted one that looked good. So far it’s great and would highly recommend. 4.5 stars only because it would have felt higher quality if made of metal and glass instead of plastic but it still looks great and we realise that a glass and metal option may be prone to breakage and more expensive. Don’t hesitate to buy this.

Really bad quality Chinese product
Cheaply made , broke 3 times in 1 month and the level of carbonation is very poor
The customer service of the company is even worst , no relies and not very friendly staff to deal with

Are the bottles dishwasher safe?
Hi there,
how long does the CO2 cylinder lasts. Ours is empty after not even 2 weeks with carbonating 2 bottles/ day. Not very happy with this.
My bottle still going after 3 weeks and using 4 times a week.

It’s hopeless - I go through a 60 litre a fortnight - soda stream lasted at lease 3 x longer for a 30 litre - I would recommend to anyone

Are refills easily obtained? Where?
I presume you mean the gas refills? Yes they are available everywhere. My husband got ours from coles - he took the empty and the new one was $20
Can I just check before I buy. Are the gas bottles the same you use in soda stream?
Yes they are. We are also progressively rolling it our own gas home delivery service.
