Uniden GPS 501

Excellent device – Ihave recently updated my device and found it very easy to do. The GPS 501 is my best friend, it`s saved me more than once. the voice warnings are very clear and give you plenty of warning. I travel using this every time. Go to the Uniden website for easy updating. very clear voice warnings none, it does everything I need.

Good – What I need is software that I can use to send details to my computer which runs Win 98se and of course useing the usb port. OK – My first GPSr -I just wanted to know where I was :) It works - quite fast acquiring a signal, less than a minute. Easy menu system and large text! many useful features for both walking and driving. Does what it says very well Not waterproof
