Disappointed only lasted 2 1/2 years – Our pump recently became quite loud when in use (hooked up to toilets only). Not worth fixing due to the cost and reinstall. Found it to be out of warranty by around 6 months when i approached the builder. I understand that this brand of pump is a Reece in house product. When you are paying $1300 odd dollars for such a product you expect it to last far longer than 2.5 years (and only just after the warranty expired). Unfortunately i hear that this is a regular occurence with these pumps. Not happy about the prospect of shelling out for another pump plus plumbing cost to changeover.
