Refills emergency – If your thinking of purchasing this DON'T. I have had mine for years, still works well, but finding refills is almost impossible - always out of stock everywhere, had no issues purchasing before. & purchasing online will cost you and arm and leg...just for refills. No point having this kit with no refills to buy Show details

Terrible DO NOT BUY – This is by far the worst system I have ever used. The wax needs to be put on so thick that so much of it is wasted. It is so difficult to use if you dont make it thick enough you will never get all the remenants of wax off. It is hard to pull off given it is attached to hair, not like with a strip you can pull. Show details

Faulty Veet SpaWax & still waiting for refund – My daughter purchased this product from Chemist Warehouse with her pocket money. It started heating up for 10 min then stopped and would no longer turn on. I took it back the next day. Chemist Warehouse staff tried to turn it on and it wouldn't work for them either. They said I would need to contact the company (Ricketts Australia) myself to… Read more

organise a refund and/or get an authorisation for them to provide a refund (which in itself was frustrating given it was a faulty product that I returned immediately). The company initially offered me a voucher, which I refused and I asked for my money back. They eventually agreed (only after I explained their obligations under Australian Consumer Laws). Two and a half months later I'm still waiting to receive the refund. Apparently, the company is now having "EFT processing issues" - which is an absolutely ridiculous excuse for a global company such as this.

it's good. does what it claims to – easy to use, a bit messy as expected. but, honey... if you think application and removal of hard wax is difficult.. lets put it this way, stay home and let hubby handle things like paying bills, raising kids etc. beautician school would seem like harvard prelaw to you. thx Show details

Dreadful, awful, should not be sold – Wax is thin, runny, difficult to apply. Drips everywhere. Difficult to remove as breaks apart into tiny specs. Cannot remove from skin. Have to scrape off which results in skin tears and bleeding. Takes a long time to heat. Show details

Terrible wax – Leaves stubble and strands behind the wax is awful to use and a waste of money, the wax crumbles. My hair is sparse after years of waxing so I can't imagine how bad it would be for someone with a lot of hair. Show details

Terrible – Such a waste of money, I'm not sure how this product ever made it onto the market. All I wanted was a wax warmer as I've been using strip wax for years and love it but was tired of running backwards and forwards to the microwave. This wax is brittle, won't come off in one go and then you are left with little pieces of brittle wax all over your… Read more

legs which I can't remove with oil, it just wont come off so I think I'll have to shave it off. Is there any way of return once used as it's awful.

Do not waste your money – The warmer itself is okay, heats up to a nice temp however the wax itself was just a nightmare. Does not wax much hair at all and Does not come off easy, my legs are bleeding despite using a lot of oil as per instructions to get the wax off. Very disappointed. Show details

Terrible – Time consuming, messy and painful to use. Takes 60 secs for each strip to be ready to remove. Add that up on two legs and that is a lot of waiting! Does not remove effectively hair either. I would not buy this product again.

The wax warmer itself is great! Affordable and effective – I purchased the veet spawax stripless wax warmer kit as I did not want to keep going to a beautician to get my waxes at a high cost. This was the first thing that caught my eye in priceline and was very affordable, it came with 6 wax disks already inside. I have used this wax so far on legs, facial areas, under arms and brazilian and it has been a… Read more

really good success. The wax warmer itself (not talking about the wax disks) is very good quality, it feels plastic and flimsy but is really amazing, It keeps the heat at an absolute perfect temperature, never goes above or below besides when heating up. The wax that you use in conjuction with it (wax disks) are not too bad, the only issue I find is that it does not pick up on really fine hair. It is in somewhat a bit messy as the texture of the wax looks milky rather than looking like more of a gel wax, there are also no strips required, making it very easy to pull off. I rate the wax a 4 star as it does the job with the low cost. I rate the wax warmer a definite 5 star due to the cost being low and it being a great product.
