AVOID- Advertises commercial quality, refuses refund when product fails within 12 weeks – Purchased meat slicer off thier eBay store in August 2022, advertised as commercial quality. Used in home setting for slicing soft meats for dehydrating for my dog. Unit failed in November. Gears are plastic, not fit for purpose. They deleted my first review. But I have been trying to get my refund for over 2 months now. They don't have a service agent in Australia, they won't accept return saying it's too heavy and cost too much to freight back to them. Then they make offers like $50 and you find someone to repair it, or 20% refund. All of which goes against ebay seller terms and ACCC terms. Promised me to pay refund 6th January still no refund and not responding to any messages requesting update. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
