Cheap crap – I purchased this as a Christmas present for my husband and I.. worked well for a month. Now it won’t play DVDs even though there is nothing wrong with our DVD player. The signal for digital tv is always playing up. The remote signal is horrible. Don’t waste your time.  Show details

The worst dont buy – This Tv is the worst i have ever used, It wont do anything you ask it to, the remote is unresponsive , The processor on this tv must of been made by a high school student its very slow and laggy, Netflix is non responsive and wont respond and freezes. Absolutely CRAP – The price is the only good thing about it. The remote barely works and I have to stand very close for it to detect the remote. It’s slow and the sound is terrible. After maybe using this for about the 10th time it now won’t turn on. And I now have to take it off my wall and back to big w with receipt. Sooo inconvenient, you get what you pay for!!! Ports are complete and updated for any multimedia needs and there's a built in kodi on its OS.

Remote is a bit flimsy too.

Generally, still good value for money.

Great value – We purchased this at Big W. The price was cheap compared to competitors TVs, and we have already had it for a number of years with no problems. The sound is fine, the picture is clear. The price point allowed us to get a big TV at a price we could afford at the time. I hope it lasts us a long time but even if it breaks after a few years, we will be able to replace it, unlike a really expensive TV. Technology is improving so fast.  Show details

Amazing TV, great value for money – This TV is the best deal ever. Excellent picture, lots of ports, we hooked up our own surround sound speakers system so it’s like a cinema at home. I love the big screen, I can see it from the kitchen so it’s good when I making dinner, I don’t miss my shows. We can have Netflix, Foxtel, tbox and Apple TV all connected and swap source to change, so easy!  Show details

Works well! – Hubby came into the house one day carrying a new tv - this Viano. It was on special at the local Big W, so it was an un-researched purchase. The tv works well, no problems getting it out of the box, plugging it in or tuning it. Works every time. Happy with our new tv!  Show details

Great for the price – As good as you would expect for the price you pay. The picture is clear but I wouldn't say it was sharp. The sound was fine for an average size room. It was simple to set up except the ports for. AV are not the standard red, yellow and white, so there was a bit of trial and error trying to work out which plug fits where, however it is achievable.  Show details

TVs today are nearly throwaways every 12 months – 18 months old got a black spot on screen took picture emailed to Viano next day had another black spot rang Viano told out of warranty would look at it at my expense . WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!! – Absolute crap, TV channels have stopped working. Remote doesn't work any more. Buttons on back of TV don't work. When I do get it to work, the picture freezes. Screen goes pink and fuzzy. $$$ down the drain. Shame on Big W for selling this junk to their customers. Faulty tv – Bought 60 inch full HD from Big W and had it less than a month and it would lose sound and screen would go blue. Can turn it on with remote but have to turn it off at PowerPoint. Today the screen is pink. Not happy, Do not buy, want a refund.

Didn't last 5 minutes – Didnt get 5 minutes turned on before the screen would go black. Could still hear everything but nothing happening on the screen. Unbelievably horrible, bought from BigW, too late to call so calling tomorrow and getting a refund or something, can't believe it didnt even last the night. Viano you need to get yourselves sorted this is shocking

Channels – Had our TVs less than 6 months when turned off it loses all the channels have tried everything it's not the antenna as other tv works fine ... Crap tv wasted A thousand dollars just spent 2 hrs trying to get it tuned but no luck.... What... I'm going to consumer affairs purchased at Big W
