If it’s the remote that’s broken, you can buy a universal remote and use it. I had to because within a few months my viano remote stopped working and it was cheaper to buy a universal one from Kmart.

I have 65 inch viano bigw special. Has suddenly stopped allowing remote to work can I reset or fix.? I have changed batteries(obviously) Unplugged from outlet for several minutes. I am unable to do anything and can only use side manual buttons that gives me last set position used. I am worried as all my settings and WiFi is stuck on updating and downloading but can't tell what/where.. This is a problem that just randomly occurred.. one minute everything working well then all of sudden nothing. Viano website sends me to a pet site and number surprise surprise is always engaged.. Please help any suggestions
You probably need to get someone to check. I had a black screen on my 55” and nothing worked. I decide to upgrade and threw old telly. Sad as it’s easier to replace then fix
