Great at first, but then absolutely terrible – Pans were great for the first month of use. We looked after them exactly as recommended but after no more than 2 months they were completely unusable as food would constantly stick. We installed a new induction cook top at the same time and had problems with getting the temperature regulated. Numerous calls to Electrolux we tried a Kmart pot and… Read more

the difference was day and night. The Kmart one was 200% better. Wouldn’t even recommend these to people I don’t like.

Do NOT buy these pans – Do not buy these pans - they do not work as advertised. I bought mine from the home show and it did not work from day one. The demo cook made it look fuss free. It is not! I tried different ways e.g heating pan up and then turning it down adding oil/butter, heating pan and adding oil, heating pan and no oil - nothing worked!

We’ve been fooled – Doesn’t work with well with induction cooktop despite the promise at purchase. Now I don’t even know where to return the two sets I bought since it’s been purchased at the Sydney home show.. 300 dollars out the window. (I throw away the receipt after purchase- thinking “what can go wrong”) (This makes me think how true can their promise that it doesn’t leach any chemicals into the food. So I wouldn’t use it with any other cooktop now either)

Rubbish - do not buy – I bought this pan at the Melbourne home show. I assumed the home show only retailed good products. What a joke. It is not non stick at all. Literally everything sticks. It’s impossible to clean. I complained and asked for a refund. I was then told to take it the post office and return it, once they had “assessed” the pan they would decide if I… Read more

had treated it wrong and if I was entitled to a refund. LOL. The pan was a piece of rubbish from the first day I had it. Do not buy.

Pics are after cooking a stuffed chicken breast for 3 mins (browning after steaming) and then after soaking and scrubbing

Do not be fooled by these pans – We bought these pans in October 2022. In under 8 months these pans have stopped performing the way they were advertised. Contacting the supplier is a waste of time. A small family business apparently that does not stand by its products. They suggested we didn’t clean the pans properly and allowed oils to burn on them causing the residue that has… Read more

led to the poor performance.

They do not believe that we followed the instructions to not use olive oil or butter.

I’ll be taking it up with Fair Trading to understand what my rights are.

To any potential purchasers. My advice to you is spend your money elsewhere. Unless of course you are going to cook eggs and cheese in it like they demonstrate at the show.

A lesson learnt.

Ripped off – Thanks for the reply which I have read a couple of times as well looked at the below link (very confusing). A no time did I request a refund or to claim a warranty, my request was how to clean them from the residue left. I have been cooking for almost 60 years and totally understand the cleaning methods to be used. I would suggest that when you… Read more

have a demonstrator showing these products you get them to also talk about, what you describe, proper cooking methods and cleaning. The man I say was only cooking with cheese and eggs and was just wiping the pans with paper towel and reusing, below you state that they should be cleaned after each use. I have also tried the method you state and still cannot get clean.

You also need to supply more information on the pans/saucepans.

Just for your info I have only used one of the saucepans to boil carrots and there is an orange mark left, this was after waiting for the saucepan to cool and then washing.

End result is that I have wasted money, through my own fault, by being misled by a product that is only sold at Home Shows/TV specials and not a retail store.

Non stick, they'll them they're dreaming! – I've done everything that I was told to do by the lady I purchased then off. Eg, don't cook on high heat, don't use anything abrasive on it etc. It works well the first few times and then eggs stick harder then super glue. Took me 40 minutes of stubbing with the special cloth they also sold me to get the egg off. And that was after an over night… Read more

soak AND using a spray of oil on the pan. Everything sticks on this things now. Biggest waste of money i have ever spent. I've barely used them because of this reason. Not happy Jan!

Worst pan I have ever had – We bought a set at the expo and it's the worst kitchen decision I have ever made. It was a nightmare to use. Everything leaves light brown residue and no you have to scrub to remove it if it dies comes off. If it doesn't, well I am left with soiled pans! Initially we thought our heat is too high but with 3 months now trail and error, the $10 kmart… Read more

I bought 8yrs ago and use as a spare is better than this. It angers me so much I wasted money on this and everytime I use it, the cleaning is a lot of work. The man showcasing it in the expo was cooking eggs and it will just slide off as demo without need of oil, our eggs sticks wven with oil. I can't even give them away nor donate, I am embarrassed to hand them out I really hate them. Please stop selling this rubbish! Waste of money even at $150 special price at the expo. The heat distributes okay on the pan, nothing extraordinary, orher cheaper pans perform the same.

Worst non-stick frypans ever purchased – Bought a set of 3 vita + life frypans ($150)at the Brisbane home show earlier this year. Worked really well for the first few times now the food just sticks like glue. Fried eggs you have to peel them off leaving half the egg behind. It’s virtually impossible to cook sausages as they stick so much you can’t even turn them over. Better off going to… Read more

to tk max and paying $12 (which I did) and the pan works brilliantly. The first photo is after washing the pan. The second photo is after sausage and eggs. Sending that out to be sand blasted
